IDK cafe has excellent food and great service. The prices are very reasonable. Their fried chicken is superb and there are so many homemade sides and desserts to choose from. IDK cafe has a wonderful small town atmosphere. It brings back memories of eating with my grandparents and dad at the ma and pa cafes in Lancaster when I was young. There is smoking permitted so my only complaint about atmosphere is when I can smell secondhand smoke from a nearby smoker. The quality cooking makes up for it though!

An excellent small restaurant I’ve enjoyed over the years, especially the tenderloin. The restaurant was hit by a tornado 5 days ago, and it appears it will be rebuilt just across the street from this original location. I look forward to the reopening!

We had the best food ever at this little restaurant it was excellent all the way around our food was served at the right temperature wasn’t over cooked or under cooked if you get to Baring Missouri don’t pass up this gem get there early for lunch or you may have to wait to be seated.

Small town café with excellent home cooked food for a very low price. The service is great. The tables are clean but the floors and bathroom could use some attention. My dining companions raved about the fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy. It has limited hours, so you want to get there early. It is my husband’s new favorite place.
