Absolutely Terrible – Worst Pizza Ever
We ordered a simple cheese pizza from Caldwell location with tomatoes for $30, and it was hands down the worst pizza I have ever had. The cheese was BURNED to the point of being completely inedible—so tough you couldn’t even chew it. The guests refused to eat it, and honestly, I don’t blame them.
This was our first time ordering after hearing great things about this place, and we expected far more. Instead, we got a disaster. To make matters worse, I sent feedback to the company and never received any response. That level of disregard for customers is unacceptable.
Save your money and go anywhere else. This was a complete waste of $30 and an even bigger disappointment.

Clean and casual. The wait staff was great, the salad bar was well stocked and supervised by staff. No hands were reaching in to grab salad bits and spoons were not licked or drooled on. The pizza was hot and quite tasty. The cinnamon twists were good; but, would probably have been better if cooked at a lower temp for longer. I thought it was a great deal and I will certainly go back.

Idaho Pizza is my go-to pizza restaurant in Caldwell. The pizzas are consistently excellent, and the orders are exactly what I order. The staff are friendly, efficient and courteous. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Imagine my surprise when one young person behind the counter had the most hideous nasal piercing that I have ever seen. The piercing was gloss black, easily as big as the nose that held it. The piercing was so prominent that customers stared in wonderment. Since the piercing was so large it covered up both nostrils. I commented to the wearer of this nose adornment that I thought that it looked unsanitary for food service and another customer stood up and seconded my comment. I am surprised that Idaho Pizza would allow such a display to exist. Surely, Idaho Pizza must have some measure of dress code. If I walk into the
Caldwell shop and that piercing is still on display behind the counter, I might leave and go to another pizza restaurant.

Decent restaurant. The staff are friendly, the food is good. I have preferences of other pizza places, but here they have a well stocked salad bar, many different varieties of sauces and a build your own option. The restaurant is clean, and often quiet.

Poor customer service over the phone with plenty of time to pickup the happy hour special and the young man kept messing up the order and putting us on hold until the happy hour ended then he put Tyler on the phone who was rude and said if we can be there in five minutes he will honor, when we explained the lack of help from the employee taking the order he didn’t care or want to listen, it’s sad to have to deal with extremely poor customer service
