The ice cream is delicious. My son and I shared one and it was a large amount. The strawberries were very fresh! The staff was very friendly and patient when we couldn’t make up our minds on what we wanted!

Icy Tai is amazing! The rolled ice cream is fresh & creamy. They have lots of flavors and toppings. The staff is super friendly and the shop is clean and welcoming. Definitely a great spot for a sweet treat!

My boyfriend and I go from time to time and we always enjoy their rolled ice cream & boba. The staff and is great & the owner makes everyone feel welcome! Forgot to mention on the way out we were ordering to go for a family member and he (the owner) asked the cashier to give us a discount(not necessary because we love to support local but it was very much appreciated!) We will be back again soon

Went in today to kill some time before a movie. The atmosphere was great with music and lights. The staff was friendly and seemed genuine when making sure we enjoyed our ice cream. The ice cream itself was aestheticlaly pleasing and tasted even better than it looked. The fruit on mine tasted very fresh and the rolled ice cream itself was very creamy. My boyfriend really enjoyed his too. We also were given a free crepe to test out and it was amazing. It was warm and super chocolatey. Overall, good quality food and atmoshpere, will definitely be back.

Always love this place! The ice cream is filled with flavor and the Oreo boba is so good. The owner is so nice and always asks us how the ice cream was 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Yakima or just in general! The best rolled ice cream and boba in Yakima.

It was fun. We were a group of four and decided to each get a different rolled ice cream flavor. Each one was fantastic. The staff was great. They even gave us a puppy cup for our border collie. Price was less than expected. We will be back and soon.
