ABOUT OUR STORY…. It all started with one shaved ice machine and a dream. We loved shaving ice for our friends at our home. While making some ice with our daughter, some of the ice syrup got on her hands and she screamed..ICKI STICKI! The name stuck and our dream came true.

Lots of space, plenty of Chocolate Schoppe flavors, they have a huge table for little ones, huge gum ball machine and overall very great vibe. Will definitely be back with my kids. The staff is very friendly, if you don’t see a pint flavor you like in the freezer they can get you what you want!

I previously worked at this establishment for some time. I would strongly recommend not coming here for numerous reasons. The food is made (disgustingly) in my opinion as well as many other workers. The kitchen is normally filthy, and from what I have heard it has only gotten worse along with most other things. They owners squeeze every drop of money out of their employees. The ability for growth is almost impossible especially when starting employees are making the same as very experienced employees. The employees are spread way too thin since the menu is so huge and nothing is consistent. The training is all different and no one is getting trained the same explaining the inconsistencies with coffee, food, ice cream etc. Rumor has it one of the owners has a personal connection with an osha employee… They owners go out of their way to PAY people to delete bad reviews explaining why this is entirely anonymous. I could go on and on about so much more, but i’ll stop here and strongly recommend do not giving your money to this establishment.

My husband and I stopped at the Mt. Horeb store this morning for coffee and food. Both were delicious. I had a ham cauliflower quiche, and Bill had a cinnamon roll and cappucchino. The store also sells ice cream, milk, t-shirts, and hoodies, as well as Collectivo coffee. You won’t be sorry you stopped. Service was great too.

I love this shop. I don’t get to come often, as I’m not a local, but when I do the food is always amazing. The waffles are easily the best non-homemade I’ve had, and they actually rival homemade! The best part is they serve with real maple syrup! Why can’t more places do this??!

Cute place but they got our order wrong after repeating it 3 times. We wanted cold latte but got hot, they offered to make another one but i wasn’t very keen on waiting longer as we had already spent quite some time to get our coffee.

Cool place to visit. Good selectin of ice cream flavors, candies and other sweet treats. They offer a wide variety to satisfy your pallet. However the butter pecan didn’t have much flavor. One of are cones broke during making a single scoop,. They offered a second cone which also broke. Still, worth checking out.

Icki sticki is one of the most unique places I have ever been to. Their selection of breakfast food is incredible. I really enjoyed their chocolate lovers waffle, if you get one, ask for zanzibar chocolate instead of regular chocolate. It’s super good.

I heard the owner paid special attention to the quality of espresso and foamed milk– unfortunately the girl who prepared my coconut cappuccino seriously scalded the espresso and couldn’t get the coconut milk to foam (which I will be the first to admit is difficult to do). After a few sips I brought it back to the counter and explained the issue, and the ladies were very kind in preparing me a different drink to try, which while better, was still not up to the quality I expected. They refunded my purchase without my asking which was very thoughtful. Overall I felt the customer service was kind but I am sad about the quality of coffee– I hope the owner takes more time to train new staff so the quality is high for everyone. I plan to try it again if I walk by and see owner pulling espresso.

Such a neat interior! The gumball machine is by far the coolest decoration, but there are also lots of games to enjoy like giant checkers and giant connect 4. They have a wide selection of desserts, drinks and food. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious and we can’t wait to be back!
