Me and my husband loved the food when we came here! The only thing that could be better is the service. The server we had didnt check on us but once when bringing out food and was not very nice. We will still be back

Ordered the box with teriyaki beef. Hard to find let alone good teriyaki in Jonesboro. Well don’t add this to your list there wasn’t a drop of sauce of the beef. Taste was just straight beef and while the beef wasn’t bad not even close to what I wanted.
EDIT: They did issue a refund. I’m not sure who they actually gave a refund to as it was not me. But at least they did give someone money to make up for screwing up my order.

My first experience and it passed my test of great taste and server delivery kind and giving us our desired meal and were satisfied. The atmosphere was cute and friendly folks. I loved the designs on the walls and in the ceiling. Overall. Awesome

So so good. I’ve always loved this place, and the new location and menu are just perfect. Crab rangoons just got added to the menu and they are phenomenal!! Their fried rice is easily the best in town; flavor, price, and portion wise. The ramen is delicious too! So many good options and prices are actually so good for how much food you get.

Went with a group of friends and we were all able to find dishes to our liking. The service was fast and friendly. The food came out quickly and fresh. I was very impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the masterful preparation. This will become a regular stop for me.
The price was spot on and serving sizes, large. Array of appetizers as well. Nice dining experience with great food. Kudos!

I ordered some ramen to go based off of the reviews/pictures I saw online. Apparently the ramen I ordered was from their old menu. The current menu allows you to your own ingredients. I didn’t really want to think too much about the options, so it was nice that they are willing to make items from their old menu. Overall the ramen was very bland. I wouldn’t order that meal again but I would consider ordering other options. Also, I wouldn’t normally complain about large portions but the broth container was way too full. When i opened it a good amount spilled in my lap. Thankfully it wasn’t that hot. The restaurant was also pretty smoky on the inside. I’m not sure if that is a regular thing or not.

Blonde haired girl, has pretty bad attitude bad customer service, we were handed cheque in about 15 minutes while at any other restaurant the seating time is atleast about 2 hours for 2 people. Pretty disrespectful. Upon inquiry with my friends i found they had similar experiece. Never going there again.

In a world where a family of 3 costs $40 for even fast food, might as well get actual food for that price. Its the real deal Japanese Ramen! And it tastes oh so good! Highly recommend the curry broth from the build your own ramen. Can’t go wrong no matter what you get!

Haven’t ordered takeout from here in over a year because last time I ordered takeout here my ramen was deathly salty.
I decided to give them another chance since this was once one of my favorite restaurants and their chicken kaarage and Ichiya buns have always been a favorite of mine.
But I was wrong, to my surprise after getting excited about the food, I was halfway through eating my kaarage and noticed a soggy, slimy wilted piece of lettuce looking about a day away from molding that my chicken had been sitting on.
After noticing the piece I checked my Ichiya bun and noticed the lettuce on that was also starting to turn.
The food is also never consistent and there’s always new workers each time you go in there.
I’m very disappointed and will not be returning, it’s truly sad to see a place you’ve loved and have gone to since they opened go downhill. Do better.
