I had very high expectations of this place after reading all of the reviews, I expected a clean place and outstanding food. Unfortunately I got all the contrary, the staff are not very friendly starting with the hostess. The sushi is okay and the food is below average some food items are horrible including the egg rolls, coconut shrimp is super sweet and the fried shrimps are soggy. The other food items don’t even look appetizing at all. The ice cream is alright nothing I would recommend. This place is not very clean either! I would not recommend this buffet at all better options in town in my opinion. Horrible overall and that have the audacity to charge people $20 dollars for their horrible food and service!

The number of dishes are on par with a typical Chinese buffet – nothing special but nothing to complain about either. Sushi selection is pretty good though, in particular the Nigiri collection. Food was replenished quickly and the interior was reasonably clean (again, average Chinese buffet). Restroom could be cleaner, though.

I freaking love this place. We go at least one time weekly. The coconut shrimps and canjun seafood are amazing. Hibachi is tasty! My husband loves it. They have a great variety of food and friendly staff. We highly recommend this place.

My granddaughter was all excited about having her 11th birthday here. I felt sad for her because this place was a huge disappointment. 6 maybe 7 of us in the party of 11 do not eat shellfish or pork. The options for us were limited to pepper steak, sweat n sour chicken and chicken on a stick. There was no pepper steak on the buffet and the sweat n sour chicken and chicken on a stick was gone before half of our party made it to the buffet.

I have gone to ichigo with my family for years. I received a gift card which they would not honor because they changed computer systems so it must have been a year old. According to the the credit card responsibility and accountability act of 2009 gift cards do not expire until 5 years. Our gift card had no expiration date and we received it last Christmas. They have no interest in service recovery. A gesture of even 10% off our meal would show good faith. I am disappointed and will look more into the federal law meant to protect against this in the future.

When I went there the waitress was great, but the servers were horrible. We went to go eat and the silverware was disgusting. We had to ask 3 TIMES for a spoon that was clean. The water for the ice cream wasent clean and it was grey water. And my grandmother who just moved down a couple months ago got sick from eating there. Then the waitresses were watching us when eating and my family felt rushed. The waitress gave us the bill around 20 minutes. The food looked hard and unedible. The bathroom is a whole adventure when I was in there I went to use the bathroom and there was sour words on the wall. The lights were dark and I hardly see anything.

Seated fast and received our drinks quick. But the food including the fruit tasted old or really fishy. Price was ok but didn’t really eat anything so it was a waste of money and time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I walked in with my family around 6 pm. We were charged for two adult dinner meals and one child dinner meal. Upon walking in you can see the empty shrimp and oyster trays. The cold shrimp tray never got refilled and the same 6 shrimps sat there the whole time we was there. The pizza was rock hard like it’s been sitting all day the garlic bread as well. The French fries were over cooked and hard. Just so disappointing. When I spoke with the manager she was like why didn’t you say anything I told her this is a buffet and food should be put out frequently and rotated frequently and it’s not my job to tell you guys the shrimp is empty for over 45 mins. Of a 56 dollar bill they gave me 15% off but it doesnt make up for the stomachs ache myself my husband and daughter endured just 10 mins after we left the facility. Never again! Horrible. Don’t waste your time money or stomach for this trash.
