Reviews
Most of the food was served in plastic containers, which I find completely unacceptable — especially when some dishes came in ceramic bowls, a few of which were chipped and damaged. It was honestly unpleasant to eat from them.
Even drinks were served in old, worn-out plastic cups. I find this not only off-putting, but also potentially dangerous to your health, especially when hot food is served in plastic.
To make things worse, it was extremely hot and stuffy inside. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and it made the entire dining experience even more uncomfortable.
To be completely honest, the food itself was very disappointing — bland and far from what good ramen should taste like.
If you care about quality, health, and comfort, I do not recommend this place. Definitely not somewhere I’d ever return to.
The food and service were good.
The portion size senses small compared to the price.
We ordered calamari #10 and streamed bun with fried chicken #3, Char Siu Ramen #17, Beef Ramen #18 + cabbage, and Red Curry Ramen #27A
The food was good. We did feel the noodles were a bit under done. But the biggest surprise was the portion size for everything but the noodles.
For the appetizers, the calamari was 5 pieces + sauce, great taste, and texture… breading was also done well.
The steam bun with fried chicken was yummy but over a few bites later. I liked the sauce, mayo, and lettuce… but it was not enough to share.
Reach of our Ramen dishes were great! The Red Curry Ramen was spicy! And good. It came with a few bean sprouts and some ground meat and 1 shrimp.
My wife added cabbage to her beef ramen… and laughed when she saw how much cabbage a $1.5 got her… cabbage should be pretty cheap… and cutting it up should not cost too much… we thought they could do better.
My son enjoyed his Char Dui Ramen, but had to laugh at fish cake, a thin slice of fish cake… we thought of it makes the menu description it should be a bit more substantial.
All in all, we enjoyed the food… but would probably cross the street where the portions are a bit more generous.
