We got takeout and everything was packaged nicely and securely. We got char siu ramen, kimchi ramen, and char siu fried rice with fried tofu. I also ordered a few extra toppings for our ramen and they were in a separate container and generous amounts so it’s worth paying for additional toppings.
I liked that the soup bases were separate from the ingredients in your ramen bowl for takeout purposes and nothing could get soggy or leak. Generous amount of food — we will get another meal or two from leftovers. Worth the price—and the takeout containers are microwave safe.
We also loved that they had nice reusable bags used for our to go order which included, napkins, soup spoons, chopsticks and forks.
Good to know/FYI: online ordering you can select curbside pickup BUT they do not offer that at this location, so you go inside to grab it which isn’t a big deal! Maybe that will get fixed online soon.
Friendly workers inside.

Good parking. Quick greeting as we entered. Immediately sat at table. Waiter brought water and took order within minutes. Nice atmosphere, food was good. They could replace the stained moldy tiles on the ceiling. We had Wontons that were good not great. Vegetable was good not great. Over very friendly, good service. Food was good. Worth another visit. Hopefully the stained, moldy tiles are replaced.

So happy that the wait is over, and I was able to finally try Ichiddo on their opening day! Was craving ramen lately, and this is the closest place to me, so I was excited for it to open! My husband and I tried the Agedashi Tofu appetizer which I loved. The crispy outside and steaming hot center with the bontito flakes on top – mmm! I got the Char Sui Ramen – the pork belly was cooked perfectly and the savory broth made my bones happy on such a cold day. My husband got the Beef Ramen and loved it as well. The service was excellent. We will definitely be back to eat our way through the rest of the menu!

If you’ve been to Japan and miss the taste of rich, authentic ramen this is the place for you. The toppings are incredible – tender, flavorful pork belly with crispy edges, a perfect soft egg half plus more…all above a rich flavorful broth and perfectly textured noodles. add impeccable service and reasonable prices for large portions and you’ll have a great picture of this place in your mind!

Had a really bad experience here. I ordered red curry ramen off door dash. The menu on door dash had the option of saying no spice. I chose that because it’s usually incredibly spicy. When I received the order, the broth was not red curry. I was hoping I could pick up some red curry broth so I called the Eden prairie icchido and politely explained what happened. The guy who answered said it was because I said no spice. Initially I thought he was saying that it was red curry ramen but that’s what it looked like without spice. The broth smelled like seaweed, which red curry does not have a fishy smell to it so I was trying to clarify with him. He finally said “I gave you tonkatsu because you said no spice.” But he said this very sarcastically as if I should’ve known this. I asked if I could pick up the red curry broth, he kept saying “I don’t know” in a very dismissive and sarcastic tone. I asked for a refund. He said “I don’t know.” Asked to speak to supervisor. He said “I don’t know.” I asked why Red Curry – no spice was an option if he was going to give me tonkatsu. He said “I don’t know.” I finally asked if he understood the problem and what we could do to resolve it. He sarcastically said “yes yes yes it’s my fault. You said no spice so it’s my fault.” He was being sarcastic and doing a dismissive laugh the entire phone call. Like it was my fault for saying “no spice” and expecting red curry. I just don’t understand this? I finally said thank you and hung up. I have never been spoken to like this. I have had an amazing experience with icchido – icchido Eagan is our go to spot. I couldn’t believe the way this guy was speaking to me. Teenage service workers have better customer service and are more willing to help. I will never go to icchido Eden prairie again if that’s how they speak to and treat customers.
Also, they even wrote red curry on the container – so if it was so obvious to him that red curry no spice means tonkatsu, then why write red curry?? Are different spice levels for one broth not a thing??
To be clear, it wasn’t necessarily him giving me tonkatsu it was his rudeness and overall unhelpful behavior on the phone.
