We decided to have dinner here bec it was ramen weather. Also, were passing time for the roads to clear and traffic to improve. We’ve been to other locations before but this one is our favorite. The staff was very friendly, especially Yan. ☺️Ramen is very flavorful and authentic. (We’ve been to Tokyo several times and Japanese town in LA so we know our ramen. ) Takoyaki, chicken karaage are usually our appetizer orders. Char siu ramen, niko soba ramen or teriyaki ton ramen are in our ramen rotation. Price is also reasonable, good portion size. Would recommend!

The ramen is rich and flavorful with a creamy pork broth. The noodles are chewy, and the toppings are generous, especially the soft-boiled egg and tender pork. Overall, it’s a comforting and satisfying meal.
I really love takoyaki. I recomment when you come here very love it ❤️

Gorgeous, classy decor. Small specialized ramen menu with something for anyone. Best tasting and value in Dakota county. The service is ALWAYS exemplary! PSSSST! Don’t tell too many people, keep it exclusive……just kidding, dont miss it!

My favorite ramen shop in the area. The service is always great and the food no matter which ramen it is never disappoints. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. I would highly recommend Ichiddo ramen to anyone who loves ramen and a friendly environment!

Their boba is amazing, I really love the tapioca The texture is so good! I also got the beef spicy ramen, and it’s actually not very spicy at all, so I think everyone can enjoy it. Perfect combo with the ramen. Would definitely come back again!

Lunch date day! The crab jalapeños and bubble tea were delicious. Chicken stir fry lacked flavor but was very appealing on the plate. Seafood Ramen was meh! No flavor in the broth, Seafood was over cooked and rubbery. Very good service and atmosphere. Next time we will just come for appetizers.

Been to a few locations & this one is hands down my favorite. Staff is kind, restaurant is clean even when it’s busy, food is always fresh and photo ready. My son loves the Boba, Edamame & Char Siu Ramen. I’m a fan of anything spicy. Crab jalapeños & Takoyaki were okay but that was more so because personal preference.

Updated: service, char siu Raman and takoyaki were good as usual. This time we enjoyed flavorful beef fried rice with sweet corn, crispy sweet potato fries and fried Age tofu.
Reasonable price, comfortable seating with average service . Short ribs were decent flavor and tender , crispy outside and soft inside takoyaki was good. I had the Char siu Raman. Broth was flavorful, Char siu was thick, moist and tender. The stir fried vegetables Raman was ok. It was overly a little too sweet for me. Little one enjoyed the Raman. My hubby also enjoy his Kimchi Raman. We will return to try other dishes .

**Update: my review below is from the most recent time that we ones. It was in large contrast to our initial visit. We were so excited at the first time went well that we bought friends back the second time. Unfortunately, one of our friends found a staple in his food. A few of the other meals tasted sour as if ingredients that were used were no longer good. Alongside this, we had a waitress who did not know how to use their ordering system, and we had to figure it out, and then teach her, while the manager just watched. Service took a really long, and we had to get someone every single time we needed some thing. Lastly, to combat are poor experience, we were given a $20 gift card, but it could only be used at that store location. I don’t know about you, but after an experience like that, you don’t even wanna go back and use money at the same place anymore. Although we had a good initial experience, we will not be going back after this last one.**

We had a great time here! Because we are Asian, we are extra picky about our Asian foods, and Ichiddo did not disappoint.

We brought our 3 kids (all under 10) and they were great about the kids and even brought us cute little “kid-proof cups” without us having to ask.

We ordered: regular ramen in broth, stir fry ramen (dried noodle dish), spicy cucumber, shredded char siu donburi, gyoza (dumplings), char siu pork, beef short ribs, milk tea, and strawberry yokult. The only thing that was even slightly not to our liking was the short ribs and the fact that they were a bit chewy—BUT, this is personal preference and not that it’s “bad”. We loooved all of the dishes and will definitely be back.

Service was attentive and quick. We got there about 30 minutes after they opened and it stayed steadily busy—not crowded or empty. Microwaveable to-go boxes available!

With a 15% tip, we spent $100 for our family of 5. Definitely try this place out for a great selection of asian food in the Apple Valley area!
