Had a chance to visit Ichiddo for dinner after a movie at the Regal Cinema and I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is in the old debrand’s chocolate building and I found the atmosphere to be nicely comfortable. It was a warm environment with nice decor and comfortable seating. The food was very good. Our party got a variety of dishes ranging from the stir-fried udon noodles ramen bowls the donburi. We enjoyed the edamame appetizer, the crab rangoon, and the Calamari dumpling appetizers. I can’t remember what that one’s called. Had a good time with family and enjoyed the food. I recommend this place.

Ok, you won’t be transported to Japan but for a Ramen place in US, it’s worth the visit. Very affordable and the sake was good too. I got the Hakata style Ramen and was very pleased with it. Slightly on the sweeter side due to the caramelized onions. Overall I would recommend this place for Ramen.

Good food. Great service. Appetizer were delicious. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the ramen was lukewarm and not hot when served, but I also got there an hour before closing.

There are a lot of liberties taken with the majority of the items on this menu. Is it good? Yes, the food is good. But if you are looking for authentic this definitely has some American influences.
The place is really quiet and the lights don’t match the rest of the atheistic.
It’s a decent, expensive, and long wait meal. Which is simply not how Ramen is meant to be!

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. It became our favorite Ramen place in Fort Wayne. We can’t wait to go back again. It was very clean and bright, seating was comfortable.

This place is great! If you are looking for comfort food, this is a great bet. We tried the Fried Chicken Donburi and the Veggie Ramen, very flavourful. The service is also great and prompt.

I visited here for the first time on a certain day in September.
It was lunchtime.
I ordered a Gyoza for appetizer and a Char Siu Ramen.
The taste of Char Siu Ramen was good but a little warm for me.
The inside of the restaurant was clean and the staffs were kind.
I’ll come again if I’m nearby

I want to start by saying the restaurant is good, but that’s about it.

It’s not excellent at anything — good service, good food, and a very nice place, but nothing special.

We ordered the takoyaki; the texture wasn’t for me, but it wasn’t bad.
We also ordered two char siu ramens, one regular and one spicy. The spicy one wasn’t spicy at all, but that’s fine, I can let that slide.

The ramen itself was very basic, not bad, just simple. The meat was very tasty but there wasn’t much of it. The broth was lukewarm, almost cold, and it needed a bit more salt or flavor. The egg was ICE COLD, and the two vegetables it came with were fine.

Overall, I’d give this visit a 6/10. I hope they can improve and become as excellent as everyone claims. I’ll be back!

Amazing food and great service. The noodles were flavorful, the porkbelly was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the broth was savory and delicious. Definitely will eat there again

It was our second time trying out Ichiddo but probably the last time. Both times we just could not finish the broth as it became sickly sweet. Portion sizes of the ramen are small compared to the price point and barely any toppings. Also the char su appetizer was way smaller than advertised in the menu.
