Definitely an excellent sushi joint. Great gourmet quality with great service. Menu selection is fantastic and the prices are a bit reasonable. Place can be a bit tight though. Parking is metered only. Definitely coming back again!

Awesome food and great service! Don’t miss if you want to have Sushi. The washroom is also very clear. We ordered 68 pcs sushi, it is enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

A small, no-frills Japanese restaurant. My Salmon Teriyaki dinner ($20.95) had two generous portions of salmon, cooked just the way I wanted, and included a cup of miso soup and a small salad.

Decent sushi with excellent happy hour prices Monday through Friday. Happy hour ends at 6:30 pm. Do not order the spring rolls. Everything else on the happy hour menu tasted great. The salmon sushi, rainbow roll, and salmon avocado rolls were excellent. Also enjoyed the wakame salad. Standard house sake.

Service was phenomenal! Clean restaurant and cute quiet dining. Takoyaki and sushi was great. However, I WOULD NOT go here for ramen. They did not cook the tofu so it was just cold and quickly cooled down the broth. The egg was also cold and it seemed like not much seasoning was added to the dish at all, outside of being “spicy.” Unfortunately it was pretty bland and sadly I couldn’t finish it.
TL;DR I’ll be back, but not for the ramen!

Great food, outdoor seating, good service, easy online ordering. Went here for the first time with my daughter before heading to see Jim Gaffigan perform. (Jim Gaffigan!!!) We had Edamame, a Fire Cracker Roll, a Hairy Mexican Roll, and Mochi Ice Cream (Mango & Red Bean). All the food was delicious. Their edamame wasn’t too salty, which I liked that particular evening though sometimes I really like the salt kick you get sometimes with edamame. I can’t have shellfish (basically no underwater insects) so always have to look carefully at what is in my rolls. So, I had the Firecracker Roll which is Salmon on a salmon avocado roll with a spicy sauce. It was very tasty! I am very much a sashimi guy so the amount of fish on this really hit the spot. My daughter had the Hairy Mexican Roll which is “Fried shrimp, avocado, spicy sauce topped with crab stick.” She said it was amazing and I’ll have to take her word for it because a trip to the hospital is not what our evening was all about. Mochi flavors were good and ended the meal well. I highly recommend going here!

Sushi was delicious, the chicken ramen not so much. Chicken was cooked well, but the ramen broth flavor seemed watered down and noodles were just ok. Also, not spicy. I’d go back for the sushi.

By far the best sushi place in northern virginia. The critics from above must like basic california rolls or plain sashimi. If you want specialty rolls come here. Sushi is supposed to be pricy, and you pay for what it is worth here.
