Awfully rude waitress from beginning to end. Completely blindsided by how bad of an experience it was. The waitress was rude and dismissive right off the jump.
The men in our party for hibachi received larger portions than the women.
Paid in cash, and the waitress didnt even say thank you. Just walked away with it.
The food safety violations at this place are completely irresponsible for the amount of staff there is.
The place was empty when we walked in, and I see why.
We never should have cheated on spoon n fork. We will not be returning here.

My family and I have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant before in our lives!

1 – If you are going to be in the United States of America, please learn our language.
2 – I have no control over other family members and whether they will be late to be seated. Please do not harass my fiancé and myself by calling while we are only minutes away in our car to see if we are going to show up.
3 – Do not come at me in a loud, obnoxious type of voice stating that if other family members do not show up within the next few minutes, that we will have to move–just move us to another table. I have no idea why that was such a big problem for you.
4 – I have no control over what your booking policy on large groups is. We had a table of 5 with my 4 year old granddaughter and you made it one of the most unpleasant evenings imaginable.
5 – I have had much better Hibachi at other Japanese restaurants. It seemed as if the seafood and chicken were not cooked thoroughly.

Consequently, my family and I won’t be returning to your restaurant in the future.

We had amazing service there, they were all polite and friendly. We had the soup and salad and sushi. the soup tasted okay not alot in it at all though. Salad was soupy with some weird sweet stuff on top. It was not for me. Sushi was good besides the one was weirdly warm. And wish the spicy shrimp was a little hotter in flavor . I had to use the bathroom while there and it was kind of creepy. Very dark and poorly lite.

never going back to this place ,told the waitress before ordering that we were sharing a plate of food because of big portions and she act like she didn’t understand me .restaurant was cold and dirty ,under cooked chicken .the gentleman cooking in front of us used the same cooking utensils for cooking everything after cooking chicken ,waitress was very rude. should have health inspector visit this establishment ,several violations found.

Been here a few times and finally getting around to leave a review. The food is always good, generous portions and delicious. The hibachi chefs are entertaining but we usually just sit at booth and order which is just as good to me. We ordered the Super Spider Roll this time which was AMAZING. Highly recommend going here for sushi, hibachi, or anything on the menu really. Also good selection of soda and alcohol drinks.

We booked a table at the hibachi for 8. They were more than happy to accommodate a couple extra people that had been added to our party as a we walked in! The service was great, the food was excellent and the drinks were delicious!

After having a bad experience at the Liverpool location for our Anniversary we decided to give it another shot in Auburn and couldn’t be happier we did. The service was amazing! The food and Hibachi show was awesome! The environment was on point and clean. The sushi was fresh and delicious. What more can you ask for?

Today I went , I asked for a Shirley temple and there was black stuff floating in my drink. I asked the lady can she change my drink when she finally came back to me . I ordered a California roll and neverrrr got it . They forgot my noodles . After reminding them they got it to me. Service was a 0/10. When I went UP to pay because my server never came back to my table. The lady at the front asked me for a tip . Mind you the service was not present , I didn’t receive my items . 1/10 experience.

Was the worst experience my husband and I had! The lady at the counter was yelling at her employee or son and made him cry. It made us very uncomfortable so we wanted to leave and the lady tried writing on my receipt stating I had to leave a tip and didn’t want to because of our experience! I will never ever go there again!
