Logan did an amazing job. Food was great! Always so good and affordable which is also amazing for the quality. Always love come here. Get the fried cheesecake for sure. I am not a fan of cheesecake but I’m such a sucker for their’s. So good!!! Really wonderful all together.

Ichiban is my best kept sushi secret in Sarasota. Their 4 roll combo is my go to. This was my late father’s favorite restaurant and the owner even let us host a memorial there. Food is amazing!! Try the Volcano roll

My daughter and I love trying new restaurants and a friend highly recommended to try here since we were in the area. We ordered krabmeat rangoon, a few sushi rolls, and a deep fried cheesecake. Nothing disappointed us! You can taste all the ingredients were fresh! This is the first time that we’ve had krabmeat rangoon with fresh crab inside, it was absolutely delicious!
We adored our server, and she made recommendations, which we took! The restaurant was clean, but we thought it was pretty dark inside.

If I could put -100 star I’d do that. Ordered 4 sets of rolls and a fried rice. Everything was absolutely disgusting!! Rainbow roll and a dancing eel roll should have a crab meat(how it’s saying in their menu)in it but I can’t even found a crab in my rolls. They put crab sticks instead of crab meat. That’s a lie!Fried rice literally had 3 pieces of meat. Disappointed

Not a great experience. Why were my scallops on the side and not on my roll? Did not finish the meal. If they made an error why would they not remake the roll? They did take it off the bill. Not really sure why this place has a 4.5, I prefer grocery store sushi.

Permanently removed from my Grubhub options going forward. The worst food I’ve eaten in a long time. Bad ginger dressing. Bad dumplings and sauce. Worst fried rice I’ve ever eaten. I’ve ordered from them before and it wasn’t this bad. I cannot recommend them, ever.

I had the spider roll, phoenix roll, mexican roll, & Japanese bagel roll. The phoenix roll was the best & next time I would probably just order a bunch of those The service was also great

Visiting from Colorado and wanted to get some delicious sushi. This place did not disappoint. They had some amazing saki we enjoyed. We got the vegetable tempura which was yummy. We also got like 10 different sushi rolls and every single one of them was fantastic. The service we had was also top notch! I highly recommend this place to anyone who happens to be near by. I know we will come back the next time we visit Florida again!!
