Highly recommend this place! The staff was incredibly kind and the food was phenomenal. The nigiri was well priced and the cucumber salad was fresh. The ramen was also good, with incredibly flavorful meat. All that paired with the cool decor and a discount for veterans! Will absolutely be coming back.

The sushi is a little on the pricey side, but the quality makes it worth the visit. Overall, a solid spot with great food, service, and atmosphere, and one we would happily return to.

This place very small but not the problem at all for us. Because they have good foods. The only thing we don’t like is how they serving salad in the same bowl with foods.

Delightful sushi options, wonderful service, and we discovered a new green tea in a can that were in love with (Green Jasmine!)… Yum! The ramen was tasty, but we definitely preferred the sushi. Pictured are the Monster Roll and Marilyn Mon Roll… Just delightful. This place offers 50% off sushi on certain days and certain menu items … Definitely worth it to check it out. The staff were all friendly and inviting, too!

We recently visited Ichiban Ramen and had a wonderful dining experience. We ordered the Shoyu and Chashu ramen. While the meat was a bit too sweet for our taste, the broth was flavorful and enjoyable.
The tempura mix was pretty good, and the potato cheese mochi was outstanding – definitely a must-try.
What stood out the most was their excellent service. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit.
Overall, the atmosphere of Ichiban Ramen is very comfortable and family-friendly. I highly recommend giving it a try!”

While I thoroughly enjoy dining at this restaurant and the quality of its food, I must express my concern about certain customers who exhibit disrespectful behavior towards the wait staff.
Recently, an incident occurred where a customer displayed extreme disrespect towards a server who also serves as a manager. Upon entering the restaurant, the server greeted the customer with a friendly “hello,” but the customer completely ignored her and proceeded directly to the seating area. As the server was retrieving menus, the customer snatched them from her hands.
The server remained in the back, bewildered, and explained the situation to the other server. She requested that the other server take the customers order to avoid any potential confrontation.
The other server then walked to the back (presumably towards the restroom area) and returned with napkins. The other server explained that the customer had been harassing her with numerous questions, inquiring about the manager’s behavior and whether she was always like this. It is unacceptable for customers to harass servers while they are performing their jobs. None of the servers were busy at the time, and there was only one server present who was looking directly at the customer and greeting them. During my six to seven years of dining at this establishment, I have never witnessed such unacceptable behavior from customers. I wish the customers who posted the last post the best of luck, as karma will eventually find them.

We just got our house built in the area and this is hands down our FAVORITE RAMEN PLACE. Let me tell you something. Everywhere we go, me and my husband always make it point to find the best ramen place. We know the best ramen to go in Washington, Maryland etc. and thank god for Ichiban. I would have never been ok to move here if there is no authentic ramen. “Authentic” for me is all about the good broth. And this place have it!! Date night and celebration days will always be ICHIBAN dates!
My favorite ramen: “chashu” with spicy sauce on the side. My husband Evan always gets the chashu ramen with extra tonkatsu (great marinade and soft!!!). The “shoyu” ramen is really good too! I love love love their APPETIZERS!! My favorite is: takoyakiii!! Nothing beats their takoyaki and potato mochi!! The sushi… oh the sushi. I honestly think everybody should try their sushis! We always get a take home sushi no matter how full we are! Lol
May need improvement: “beef ramen” (beef was shredded and bulgogi-type so the marinade is too sweet for me and I would like it better if it is with beef slices —- the beef bulgogi with rice is really goooooood thoughhh), “kimchi ramen” (I love love love the broth but not a fan of the spam and sausage that comes with it), “tempura” (it only had 2 shrimps but the breading was great! ).
TIP: I love spicy! But I want to control it based on my taste, where I can still enjoy the yummy broth so I order “spicy sauce on the side”.
I LOVE THE SERVICE! Pretty fast and everybody wears the mask and I feel pretty safe whenever we go here. Honestly, this place reminds me of how a real ramen should always be. Thank you ICHIBAN!!! I have recommended this place to everyone we know, took our friends and family on this place and every time – We were proud. We will be back soon lol maybe tomorrow again.
