This is my favorite sushi in Indy. They have the best chicken fried rice I’ve ever had in my life! It’s so fluffy and delicious…no other fried rice compares. The owners are so friendly and nice, service is fast and prices are incredible. I really hope they open back up soon!

I had a stressful day. I googled search for a restaurant close to me. I picked Ichiban Noodles on Bash Street to try. I am glad I did. It isn’t very impressive from the outside. However, the food was delicious. They bring you a warm cloth to wipe your hands. I had a warm sake and bottle water. I started on the miso soup. It was fuller than it shows on picture because I was hungry. I love the edamame. It was nice and warm. The calamari steak was so tender. The pork cutlets with rice were tasty. All that food, it cost only $30. It is a little gem. I will go back to try the sushi and the noidles.

The house salad is really good, the source is totally different , you need to try yourself. They have spicy one and non-spicy source.
Their ramen is good, it is not luxurious, just noddle and soup. The soup is not using thouse soue base power. It is light. My wife have bento box.

Very comforting food, attentive service (including a warm wash cloth upon arrival), and quick turnaround time from ordering. Personally ordered and liked the yaki udon and California roll.

It looks really sketchy and almost like an abandoned building (at night anyway) but the food is wonderful and the prices are great. We had 2 meals, 2 bottked waters and shared an appetizer for less than $30. We had the Tempura Appetizer, an order of Oyskodon with soup and a Yaki Ramen with salad. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was very fast. Next time we try the sushi!

Place is truly a hole in the wall kind of establishment. I would eat in a place like this any time. Clean. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Was probably hands down the best meal I have had… I usually am not a fan of eel, but had to order seconds specifically of just the eel. Tasted so fresh.. made many visits and keeps bringing me back anytime I am in town

This place is a great example of hidden jewel. We frequently visited this place before the pandemic. Yesterday was the first time we returned and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was as authentic and good as we remembered. The Shrimp Tendon was delicious as well as the Udon, Donburi and the sushi. Highly recommended!
