Ordered DoorDash: I’ve ordered this dish several times before. I usually get the dinner portion with salmon, vegetables, and rice, and I pay the extra $6 to add shrimp. I typically split the meal so I can enjoy the rest for lunch the next day.
Tonight, I ordered the same dish, but it came without the vegetables or the shrimp. The salmon also seemed to be mostly the fatty portion. I was pretty disappointed, as this hasn’t been my experience in the past.

Every time I order out I am disappointed. Miso has no flavor. The wasabi is somehow sweet? Either sauce isn’t included in the price or they just forget to pack it. The fried rice is white? Literally have to buy their food, buy sauce from Publix, and recook myself.

I dropped by with my youngest son today, first time stopping in… The atmosphere was cozy, the young lady taking orders had the best personality and the food was fantastic! Everything was hot, fresh and the inside of the place smelled amazing! Very well organized operation!!!

Last night was the worst service me and my girlfriend have ever had at Ichiban. This used to be one of our favorite spots, but not anymore.
Last night, my girlfriend and I went for dinner at Ichiban. We got there around 8:30 and ordered food (they close at 10). We got a roll and two express bowls. The roll we had was cold in the middle, but the express bowls were good.
The food can be excused though. By the time we finished eating, it was 9:30. One table next to us began to get up and leave, and that was when the Ichiban staff began to clap at the table leaving. My girlfriend and I immediately got up and left as well, being that the staff were so urgent to push us out (30 minutes before they close by the way).
Not only this, but when the door closed behind us, one of the staff ran up and locked the door immediately.
The food I am not nearly as upset about because I know sometimes stuff happens. But one thing that cannot be excuse is how the staff last night treated us. You should never clap and cheer because a table is leaving ESPECIALLY when they are still open for another half hour.
I am disappointed in how the staff treated us.

I ordered a hibachi meal for steak and scallops and received my fried rice as literal white rice would be tiniest bit of sauce. The entire rest of the entrée was completely dry. I had to call them and go back and get a second plate and the steak is pretty much leather and again still barely fried rice no egg or vegetables cooked into the rice I received maybe six pieces of broccoli on my meal and no other vegetables besides onions, thoroughly disappointed, and honestly ruined my entire appetite. Not gonna lie, though sushi was good and it hit the spot But will never order hibachi here But truthfully will never order from here again.

I really wish I could review the good, but the complete lack of service disallowed me to even order. I went in, sat down since the sign said to seat myself, and proceeded to wait for anyone to acknowledge my presence for 10 minutes! Other customers were being waited on, but I must have turned invisible as soon as I walked in the door.

First time eating here. It was a nice experience. The sushi was pretty good, however the serving size was smaller than some other sushi places we have been to before. The wasabi was not very hot … My daughter was able to mix a large amount with soy sauce and still need more . The restaurant was very clean and the lights and pictures made it interesting and pleasant. We all got sushi rolls, 4 in total, and still could have ate a little more. We may come back to try the hibachi!! It’s a nice place to stop for a quick meal similar to fast food.

I honestly don’t know where to begin. So we’ll start at the beginning. I’ll admit that ordering something third party is a risk because I can’t check it until it’s at my door but the fact that not one, not two, but three different people took the time to make and deliver this abomination is just so aggravating and annoying. I wanted fried rice. Rice was white. I wanted extra sauce. I got maybe a spoonful. So I was angry. I got in my car and drove to the restaurant after calling and being civil about it. When I walked in, lo and behold they had it waiting for me. This time it was correct. Not good but correct. This place is about as hibachi as I am Benihana. I will not be dining here again.
