Total local “dive”, but Maye (? spelling) made you feel like part of the family. Recommended for the food by locals, the exterior might scare you off as it needs a paint job. The lunch special at 13.50 was a bit high until you look at the soup, 2 appetizer bites and the quality of the ingredients you get, makes it worth it. A bit small on the portion of fried rice, but the attention you get from her and the speed of service made me pleased. I was in and out (had to get to work), was 15 minutes from ordering to eating/finishing. She was amazing.

My relatives and I really enjoyed our meal here. They all ordered various sushi, but after a brisk day in the wind along the bluffs and on the beach, I wanted something hot. So I ordered Yakisoba, and since I mentioned heat the waitress asked if I wanted it spicy, and I explained I would enjoy “If it could be hotter than Tabasco”. The mission was accomplished! Spicier than Tabasco with plenty of flavor! The sushi variety is impressive as well, as one might expect from a seaside town. Everyone seemed delighted with what they got.

This is the first restaurant I visited when moving to Florence and I absolutely LOVED it. Many restaurants with as large a menu don’t maintain quality throughout, but this place truly does. For some reason I havnt eaten there in about a year and I just ordered in on DoorDash. Once again, amazing. They put in true thought to make the experience great, like putting a hole in the container with crispy foods to make sure they don’t get soggy. This place is a gem, and it’s admirable that they havnt allowed their standards to drop like many restaurants do. Five stars!

Very good! First tome experiencing this restaurant. Very pleased with the quality of food and service. They have a good selection of import beers. The tempura is very delicious. And the sushi along with its presentation is wonderful. The atmosphere is lacking bit what it lacks the food and customer service make up for it.

I ordered sushi here while my partner got a Chinese dinner special, so we tried a lot of what they had and all of the food was really great. The hot and sour soup, usually just a side note, was the standout for me. Absolutely perfect spice. The sushi was beautiful and delicious. On this listing it states the restaurant is open until 9pm, but dine in apparently ends at 8pm. The pricing was mostly reasonable, although a few nigiri pieces were priced oddly high so we didn’t end up trying those.

Great service. This restaurant offers a large selection from sushi, to Bento Boxes, Chinese food and many more. We ordered more than our stomachs could handle but we have a full lunch for later.

We just needed a quick lunch and found it very expensive , $10 a roll, even a standard California roll. Not sure if this is the standard pricing for sushi in Oregon, but it’s not what we’re used to; we’re used to $6 – 7 for simple rolls in Vancouver, Canada.
It took some time to get a table and get an order in, and it wasn’t busy, with only 2 tables occupied. It was quick service once we ordered though, 30 mins to order and eat, once we told her we were in a rush, so it met our needs while traveling.

LOVE the food here! We got the crab puffs and shrimp tempura because my friend recommended them. They’re SO good The shrimp tempura is so soft yet crunchy, and the crab puffs are so creamy and tasty
