For Florida Ichiban Buffet is quite good! Amazing amount of choices and they change some items when going over to dinner. Some items are not spot on flavor wise is my only con.

I was quite surprised at how good this place is! I’ve contemplated going there so many times but always changed my mind. So glad I finally tried it and was pleasantly surprised. Great service, always refilling drinks and taking away dirty plates. Food on the buffet was fresh and refilled appropriately. Def will return!!

I live pretty close to Ichiban and decided to try it for the first time. The food was pretty good. There is a wide variety of food including a hibachi station and sushi station. Unfortunately we couldn’t experience the hibachi station as there were too many people waiting around so I grabbed some sushi. It was very fresh and if you’re in the mood for sushi, it takes the craving away. Our favorite sushi spot is over an hour away so Ichiban can settle the craving every now and then since its closer.

If you like to eat alot of food this is the place for you. Plenty of options including a sushi area and grill area. Plenty of desserts including several different gallons of ice cream. Fruits & salads available as well. Dinner is served at 3:30pm-9:00pm. Price is 17.99 for dinner. Lunch 11-3:30pm is 12.99. Plenty of parking available. This is a buffet not fine dining. I went with my son, he enjoyed it very much.

Overall very satisfied with this Ichiban.
The sushi was fresh, the food was hot, and the hibachi was cooked well.
The hibachi could have been a bit more efficient though as he was only doing 3 plates at a time, and then would wait for all 3 to be done to clean the whole grill top. Normally each section is cleaned as the food comes off so they can get the next plate on.
I did deduct one star for this. I went up with my group of 3 with one plate being cooked and almost done from before we got there. My 2 friends got their plates put on while I had to wait; no big deal. But that first plate was taken off about a minute later and sat there empty while the other 2 servings cooked for ~5 minutes, and then cleaned and put mine on which was another ~5 minutes of waiting.
Additionally they only have 2 listed sauce options (teriyaki and house sauce) but they seem to have soy sauce available as well. There is also minced garlic you can have him add but there is nothing indicating you should request it.
Their parking lot is also not huge and some of our party had to park in the shopping center next door and walk. Not a huge deal but something to note.

Several friends and I have been to Ichiban in Leesburg on different occasions the food is consistently pretty good. The problem is the servers. The first night we went the server brought us our bills and then sat there and hovered over us until we gave her our cards for payment rather than give us the bill and walk away.
My son doesn’t like Chinese food. ..So when he goes all he gets is pizza. server brings us a bill and has charged us for three adult buffets. When I mention this to her all she can do is speak to me in Chinese, when moments before she is speaking fluent English. I asked for the manager and she just walks away. I have found the staff there to very rude. I doubt we will be back.

The food is good and service was excellent. I was unaware that there was a limited lunch menu. They offer higher priced items, such as their breaded butterfly shrimp and oysters only during the dinner service. Next time I’ll go for dinner.

I love this place. My family can only come while we’re in Florida, but we visit every year and always look forward to our ichaban lunches with the family. They have great food, the hibachi grill is to die for. I could have a whole meal of just hibachi grill. I also love their sushi selection and they have a great variety of yummy food. So tasty. Very reasonably priced, worth every penny, and the staff are so nice! The claw machine in the lobby is a nice touch for while you’re waiting to be seated, great entertainment for the kiddos. They even have a mini labubu on the cash register! Hands down my favorite restaurant. Highly recommend

I am very impressed with this buffet. The staff was very nice and helpful. They offer serving gloves to protect everyone which I think should be mandatory at all self service business. Everyone does not wash their hands like they should. The food that I selected was good and the temperature was on point. No crab legs but for the price of lunch on Saturday with two kids, I paid under thirty bucks. We had water to drink which cut the cost and I gave the waitress a five dollar tip. They offer ice cream in tubs and cotton candy. I don’t do the dessert tables or salad table at a buffet. I went for the real food 3 times up then I was out for the count.
