Food is very yummy. The food seems more consistent and good every time since the change in ownership last year. Loved our server Maria… she’s really attentive and sweet.

Usually the food has been wonderful and consistent. But tonight the spicy tuna was straight siracha with the tuna instead of spicy mayo. It made it difficult to eat and we left food uneaten as we didn’t feel well & our mouths were burning.
Makes me concerned about returning. Hopefully there can be better experiences in the future.

My boyfriend and I came to this restaurant tonight to have a date for his remission birthday, The service was HORRIBLE! I am not the type to leave reviews online but I am genuinely offended with the way that we were treated tonight. We got sat down pretty quickly, however the whole entire 30 minutes we got to dine, we felt like we were being completely rushed. We ordered some shrimp dumplings to start off, and sushi rolls for our meal. As soon as our appetizer came out, he brought out our sushi, which is not a problem at all. However, the other lady brought our check to the table as soon as the food hit the table, which again is not usually an issue, but she seemed very unhappy we were still in there. It made the environment feel completely rushed and uncomfortable, no smiles on faces, no kind greetings. their attitudes were definitely showing that they did NOT want us in there. As well as right as we were finishing up our food, the lady came and took our plates, and told us to pay at the front RIGHT as we took our last bites, no silverware was set down yet. We arrived at the restaurant an hour and 20 minutes before their posted close time and left around 40 minutes before posted time. I personally felt like it was very uncomfortable, but I did still leave a tip. All I wanted to do was have a nice date with my boyfriend as a gift to him for his remission birthday. I am very disappointed.

Traveling for work and stumbled across this hidden gem. Clean and quite about an hour before closing. Food was made fresh and the taste/flavors were incredible. Staff were friendly and polite. Will definitely come back.

Husband and I are truck drivers. So traveling thru we decide to stop here for a real food Christmas day date night. To our surprise this location was opened and the food was GREATTTTT (Tony da Tiger voice). From the salmon, to that PINEAPPLE FRIED RICE, OH MY!!!! So delicious, I tell ya. The plates were full filing. We were glad we found the spot. Glad they were opened and we got there before they closed. We enjoyed the food and staff. It made our night on the road satisfying. We had another topic to talk about, lol.

Found this place online so we decided to pop in and try out some sushi. My dad was with us and he got hibachi so we had a well rounded experience. Our server was very nice and took care of us well but she did lack some knowledge on the food and drinks.
First off, big disclaimer here! They do NOT serve any alcohol. Saki was a big miss as I love to pair saki with my sushi. We were told you can BYOB however.
The food was tasty! The sushi rolls (pics attached) had a good presentation and the flavor was solid. The hibachi looked good too and the review from my dad was similar to our sushi – it’s good, not great. My mom also had a bowl of curry and it came with 5 levels of hot, so having the choice to pick your level of spice was a great feature. Also, the bowl of curry was HUGE so you get fed well, I can promise you that 🙂
Nothing bad to say really, it’s Emporia sushi, so don’t come in thinking it’s high bar. But the staff is very nice and the sushi and hibachi are good so you’ll have a good night out.

The food was amazing! It tasted great, the steak was tender, the chicken was incredible, and the rolls were perfect! Everyone was super friendly, they even opened the door for us when we walked in! My favorite part by far, however, was the presentation of the sushi! Even my picky little brothers loved it, which was surprising since they don’t usually like sauce or many seasonings.

Food was good we had the seafood combo with fried rice and a sushi for 2 to share amongst the table of 4. Everything taste great i was a little surprised at sushi was pretty good being in the middle of Kansas. I would definitely go again.

We came with 2 adults and 3 children. Our server Jin was AMAZING and so attentive! Our food was so delicious. This photo was my order of steak and shrimp with fried rice, it was so good. We ordered calamari, gyoza and crab Rangoon as appetizers. They all where great as well and very flavorful. Ordered a few boba teas and they where a hit! One of the kids ordered their rainbow sushi plate and loved all of it. We took a few boxes of what remained home to eat. Not one complaint here and outstanding service.

We always get great food and good service here. They serve all kinds of sushi. My wife isn’t a fan of sushi so we have also eaten their steak, egg rolls, chicken kaaroge, calamari, crab rangoon, sesame chicken, cooked shrimp, seaweed salad and onion soup.
