You-Can-Eat (AYCE) sushi menu for those who prefer it like me. Honestly, the sashimi had fresh thick cuts and the rolls were absolutely yummy, plus they had sushi appetizers on the AYCE like tuna tartar, sushi pizza, and other fan favorites. I hope this AYCE doesn’t get too popular too fast because I plan on eating here a lot more often. The sushi chefs are also very friendly and really know what they’re doing. 10 out of 10 for me. Keep it up Ichiban!
We’ve been here a ton of times. On 2/13 we went to have hibachi dinner. When I was eating my salad that I was sharing with my toddler, I looked down and noticed a cockroach in my food. We told the waitress and manager, they said sorry, and we left. Absolutely disgusting. If there’s one, there’s more. Eat at your own risk.
The chef never asked at the beginning if anyone wanted sauce, and when several people requested it during the cooking, he became visibly irritated. When serving the food, much of it landed on the table instead of plates, as if he simply didn’t care.
There was no performance at all—no interaction, no explanation. The chef didn’t say a single word to our table. Hibachi is supposed to be entertaining and engaging, and this was the complete opposite.
Overall, this was a careless, unprofessional experience, and not what you expect when paying for hibachi.
Thank you for all the good memories Ichiban 18, please never close…
Do I need to say more? This place is 5 stars hands down. 100% recommended.
Ingredients taste fresh and flavors are good. My favorite thing about the rolls is the 1 grain thickness of the rice on the outside layer. While many sushi places give more rice which can fill an empty stomach, I would always opt for as less rice as possible because it will give you the texture but elevate the interior ingredients, which is the star of any roll.
With the rice layer this thin, they don’t cheap out on the filling and it fills up the tray. That means you get more quality protein for your money and that’s always a win. Other reviewers photos show the same thing.
Soup and salad is solid. At the end of the day, it meets and exceeds my expectations for the price.
