One of the best General Tsos chicken I’ve had in a long time!
The place was very spacious and service was friendly and fast.
The menu has Lots to choose from from all regions, from Chinese to Thai to Hibachi to sushi! The sushi was very awesome, calamari was good, the amount of food was great too.

Our first time visiting and the place was extremely busy, full restaurant, line at the door and counter full of takeout , we were glad we had reservations. Our waitress was expectedly a bit frazzled which we were very patient with. Getting our drunk order, apps, then main course took a bit of time, again we were very patient with it understanding how busy it was. Food was very good and fresh. Where it went off the rails was when we were trying to get boxes for our take home and the check. Our waitress disappeared. By this time the room had cleared quite a lot and it was considerably slower. To make a long story shorte; it took several tries to get boxes and our check. We asked another waitress, nothing, we saw our waitress and she seemed to be avoiding us. Anyway, very disappointed in the service. If we were to go again I would go later, around 7:30-8 when it seems slower.

Amazing sushi! This is our favorite spot to stop on our way to Casinos. Amazing sushi and extensive cocktail menu! Everything is absolutely amazing and much cheaper than casino prices if you are on your way there. This trip I opted for Spicy Crab Salad, Boston Roll, Alaska Roll, and rainbow roll for sushi couples with a plumb wine. Filling and all done perfectly!

Basically my new favorite sushi spot in CT. I ended up coming here twice in one week while visiting with a bunch of my friends. The rolls here are all incredible, and I am in love with them all. Split a scorpion bowl because they’re beyond delicious and it adds to your sushi dining experience for sure. A bunch of my friends have gotten rice and noodles too that I got to try and I can confirm they’re amazing.

Love love love the General Tso’s from here. The sauce is the perfect tangy and heat I like and the meat is always quality white meat. Great lunch deals which is what I took advantage of today coming with the fried rice and eggroll. Oh – and the BBQ Spareribs – another favorite go to here, tender and sweet. Enjoy!!

I can’t say anything about the service or the atmosphere because I did not eat in their establishment I just did a takeout order. I had The Hibachi steak with the noodles. The flavor for the Hibachi steak with the vegetables was non-existent. A lot of the steak had fat on it. The Noodles tasted like plain noodles without any butter or any of the Hibachi flavor that it was supposed to be or garlic noodles. I would recommend to stay away from this place if you are looking for a decent flavorful meal. When it comes to the hibachi Toyo about 3 minutes up the road is a much better place in my opinion for food and flavor especially for the price of everything I spent over $100 for one Hibachi meal, one combination plate and two sushi rolls. Like I said previously this is not a review on service or atmosphere I did not eat in the establishment or interact with anyone other than the cashier.

Ichiban is Awesome. We love it here. We always sit at the sushi bar and watch the artisans at work. The food is always very fresh and delicious. The restaurant is always busy but there is always room for us.

Ichiban has the best food in the area. We go here almost weekly, and are constantly exploring more items on the menu – all of which have been fantastic. The staff is wonderful, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and we are constantly introducing friends and family to the Ichiban experience!
