I would rate this as 3.5, so I’m rounding down because of the higher ratings here.
We came in for a late lunch, and it came out very quickly. I ordered a three roll lunch combo. One of them in particular tasted off and the others were fine, but not good. I ended up leaving a roll and a half uneaten.
My friend loves this place so I’m inclined to think it was just an off day, but the ratio of quality to cost was off in my opinion.

I had high hopes given the Google Maps rating. However, I must say I was immensely disappointed.
I ordered the Sushi Deluxe (10 nigiri, spicy tuna roll, miso soup, and a salad). The quality of their fish was just subpar. Their tuna roll was extremely fishy, and I was glad that I had asked to substitute my tuna nigiri with something else. Most of their nigiri had a texture that was slimy rather than moist.
But the worst was their salmon. I could see “miware” (splitting/separation in the meat) everywhere. One of the two pieces just broke in half when I picked it up.
I didn’t try anything else on their menu, which is why my overall rating is 3. But if you are looking to get some sushi, avoid this place. The quality does not match what you pay.

Loved the atmosphere, small place but was clean and decorated nicely. Background music was peaceful and not too loud. Ordered hot green tea, it was a strange color and I’ve made better at home. Salmon teriyaki bento box came with a lot of food, good value for the price but nothing special in terms of taste.

I love this place. The best Japanese restaurant I have ever tasted. Friendly staff. House salad has awesome tasting dressing. Gyoza taste great, the sauce is not like other places it tastes wonderful. Tempura vegetables I get with their yum yum sauce. Crab Rangoon tastes great as well. Would definitely recommend.

Great food and nice atmosphere. It’s small, but happy to have the variety in town. Update: things have improved and the food is looking better and they have a lot of nice new furniture, so it’s looking great. We go back fairly often.

THE BEST SUSHI! We have to drive a bit but it is always worth it. Small place with dine in and carry out (we’ve done both) everything is very fresh and delicious. We enjoy many other sushi places but this is by far our Fave!
