The jalapeño chicken was amazing! Loved the ramen but I wish I could customize it a bit more. The broth was delicious. The dumplings were great too! The interiors were darn cute.

The service was quick, efficient and attentive, and the atmosphere is fairly nice if a bit casual. I got the veggie ramen without egg and asked for it to be spicy. It was good, but the broth, itself, even with the pepper was not as flavorful as I expected it to be. That said, I would definitely go to this place again and probably try the bibimbap with tofu.

Had to try this local spot. I had been to the other noodle bar in town and figured I could not go without giving these guys a review. Its kind of plain inside dose not scream noodle bar. The service was fast and the food came out quick, mind you it was not busy but the food was screaming hot and had good flavor. Over all i would eat here again.

Been here 3 times now, and frankly I’m planning to keep coming back until I’ve tried everything on the menu! So far tried the spicy ramen, takoyaki, bibimbap with fried tofu, and unagi don, and nothing but hits so far. Friendly service, great portions for great prices. Can’t wait to go back and try something new!

Tonkotsu ramen was quite good, overall. Really enjoyed the chashu pork and ramen egg (ajitsuke tamago). Noodles were cooked nicely and had the right amount of chew/bounce. Broth was good – nice flavor, but it’s more on the subtle side. I prefer broth that is more rich and creamy. Sapporo was perfectly ice cold! Will definitely be back. Best ramen spot in Dover IMO.

Great spot for a mix of Korean and Japanese tastes!

Off-street parking and easily accessible. Inside is pretty well-lit and open. We came on a weekday afternoon so it was almost empty, which works for us.

Ordered the octopus, tonkotsu ramen, soft-shell crab, and bibimbap with eel. Octopus was excellent (I highly recommend it!); the ramen and crab were pretty good. The bibimbap came in presented in a sizzling bowl, but surprisingly, no kim chi with it. (I probably could have asked to have it on the side but I didn’t bother.) The eel in it was very flavorful!

I live a short walk away, and am thrilled to live so close to a place with great ramen, udon, and Agedashi tofu. The interior decoration could be more exciting, but the priority is always the food, and they really do everything I’ve ordered very well. Very thoughtful service too, in my experience! Plan to go back often!

I’d recommend the agedashi tofu and the bao buns, for great appetizers, and anything at all for entrees! I love their udon soup, but their ramens are delicious too.

Great spot and the menu feels like a Korean Japanese fusion spot. The ramen tasted great and Karaage was a little off. The spices on the Karaage was on point. The texture felt like was frozen and then deep fried in high heat. It was very stringy and leathery. Some of the other pieces were done right. They definitely used chicken thighs which is a plus. The ramen broth was done right. A good balance of pork and roasted aromatics flavor. Very hearty and filling. Service was good, on point and fast.

I had the kimchi ramen with cheese, and my friend had the vegetarian ramen, and we both LOVED it. We were worried that the restaurant would lack vegetarian options, but the kitchen was very accommodating, and the server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and dietary needs. I am always so happy to see a restaurant include various options for those of us who can’t eat meat or have food restrictions!

I left disappointed and hungry…

Off to a decent start on a rainy Saturday, we sat quickly and got drinks. Iced green tea was great.

Appetizers came out quick as well. Gyoza were pretty sad with barely any pork and more onion than anything. Chicken karrage were sad chunks of chicken thigh that were fried hard with dry stringy meat.

Main course took a very long time, 30+ min for ramen seems excessive. They had many empty seats but it seems a few big parties threw them off significantly. My daughter finally got her Tonkotso ramen and it was mediocre at best. No depth of flavor just fatty runny grey broth and sad toppings. My Beef Sukiyaki took another 20 min and arrived without beef!? The server took it away to check with the chef… another few minutes and nothing. I got up and requested the check, got the beef dish removed and left sad and hungry. Never again.
