Ichicoro is back! The partners and employees are in a togo style only spot inside Jug and Bottle wine shop (which is also super cool).
The menu is small but it has all of the original favorites and they taste as good as they did in 2019!
Stop in and show some love so they can grow into a full service restaurant again!

Such a unique experience- a traditional ramen spot tucked away inside of a Seminole Heights beer & wine store. Jug & Bottle is just as awesome! Ichi Koroshi houses the must unassuming chef inspired menu. Ramen, rice bowls, karaage, tofu dishes- fried pickle ramen! Trust me- this is the unassuming dining experience you didn’t know you were missing out on! Run don’t walk!! Tell them Tampafoodmom sent you!!

Stopped by on Memorial Day on a whim and do not regret it!
Food was served quickly! Fresh, deliciously seasoned ingredients and a noodle bowl that packed a punch! Karaage was fried perfectly crunchy outside and juicy delicious on the inside.
I enjoyed it at the bar, but there’s also seating outdoors on their closed-in patio. The noodle bar is located inside Jug and Bottle meaning there’s a fantastic wine and beer selection!
Will definitely be back with some close friends who will ensure this stays a loved hidden gem! Thank you Gaby for the recommendation.

This place is a bit hidden, tucked away in a bar. I ordered the vegan ramen, which came in a plastic bowl. The price was $18 for the ramen, which was a bit steep. They also served some kind of truffle butter on the side, but I couldn’t quite figure out why the broth was already oily. The flavor was okay, but the silverware was also plastic, which didn’t help the overall experience. Overall, it didn’t justify the price or the location.

A first time visit for my daughter and I. The inside was nice and very clean. The staff was great. The ordering process is a little different. One of the customers was nice enough to provide us with some additional information about the process. The food was served in a timely manner and was hot, fresh and really good. The portions were a good size. We both had this really good black cherry soda. There is outside sitting available. I did not visit the restroom. All in all it was a very good experience and we will definitely be going back. Sorry for only one photo. We were kind of hungry, so we forgot to take photos of the other food. Ichi Korishi Ramen is Certified Tasty!

A really cool local spot with a small menu. Everything was pretty flavorful, though I didn’t like the pickled mushrooms on the ramen. Why would you pickled mushrooms?? The noodles are great though.
My main complaint would be the use of single-use plastic containers for dine-in. Those became zero-use plastic when we tossed the unused lids. No recycling either.
The dine in options are small but friendly, with an excellent, high quality selection of beer and wine.

We stumbled upon this place just googling new foods to try, we were immediately greeted and everyone was super sweet and welcoming, and the food was mouthwatering, I haven’t had ramen in years, and the taste brought me back to the first time I had ramen.

Ramen was tasty. Looooved the noodles and flavors. At first we were a little confused on how to order but there’s lots of signage and the bartender also welcomed us as soon as we walked in and explained the process. We got the shoyu and the mushroom ramen and added poached egg and fried garlic. So good! Just wish they had broth spoons though!

I’ve had ramen in 2 places in NY (my former) home and both were excellent. I haven’t had ramen in a year and a half, since I moved to Seminole Heights. Well, I just had the Shoyu Ramen and the Pork Gyoza and both were phenomenal. The gyoza is lightly crispy and the dipping sauce is the best I’ve ever had (chef kiss). The ramen broth has such deep flavor and the pork belly was incredibly tender. The staff is so warm snd welcoming. This is a true gem and a big win for Seminole Heights. Will I be back? In a hot minute!
Go. Now. Keep this place open!

The brothless ramen was so good. Highly recommend it. Service was fast and very friendly. The only downside is that it may be hard to find if you’ve never been there before and parking is limited but definitely worth visiting. Loved the atmosphere.
