I worked at a teriyaki restaurant for years. I know the difference from fresh dark meat chicken, and pre made chicken from probably earlier in the day or the night before and re-heated. I’ve ordered Pad Thai like once a week recently, and every time the meat is older and dry. I know places tend to do this for noodle dishes with meat to speed the process. So I paid the price ordered a side of chicken instead of chicken in my noodles so I would have fresh chicken, and the chicken was still not fresh. It’s very frustrating to get old dark meat chicken because it is dry, hard to eat, and it never taste the same re-heated. The Pad Thai on the other hand is good and a large serving!

I called in an order yesterday during lunch time. I spent around $16 for a spicy teriyaki chicken rice bowl, and I was not too impressed with their quality. The texture of the chicken thigh was more on the rubbery side, and lacked on flavor.
Ichi is a family-owned restaurant with multiple locations. It was one of my favs for actual good teriyaki in Clark county when I moved to here a decade ago. Nowadays, it’s overpriced food made poorly.
There’s too many better options at an affordable price. Hokkaido Sushi for one, I highly recommend. Ichi has been on a decline for years.

The food is always delicious. It was fairly busy but the wait to receive the take out order was pretty quick, about 15 minutes. Love the free bowl of soup you get while waiting for your order.

The Ichi chain of teriyaki restaurants are consistent, delicious and a pretty good value for eating out. I especially love the spicy pork and gyoza. Always nice to get a complimentary egg drop soup while waiting for your entree.

Ordered the beef teriyaki plate, general Tao’s chicken, and steamed gyozas. The gyozas were our favorite. The sauces were really tasty. I wasn’t crazy about the fatty edges on the beef teriyaki so I won’t order that again. Prices were reasonable and service was good. Covid protocols in place

I like the egg noodle soup while you wait for your take away, its ok quality but nothing special. Its not cheap but its not too expensive either. No need to avoid but not go out of your way to visit either. Just basic.

I walked in there 30 minutes before closing, I started eating and the girl literally kicked me out telling me. I’m sorry we are closing finish your food somewhere else! Unbelievable customer service.
