I ordered the General Tso’s chicken. Maybe it should be called Private Tso’s chicken. Terrible sauce, unpleasant chicken. Service was great, very kind, helpful lady. I should have known when I walked in and it was completely empty at lunch time. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Food was awful. I won’t go back to that one. The other Ichi’s have been good.

We were the only ones when we ordered and sat down. Several people came in and ordered and started getting their food. I finally asked if she forgot us and she said Chicken takes along time. She forgot it plain and simple. I asked for it to go as we had waited now close to 45 mins. We got home the beef was cold and fatty. My chicken was cold and so tough I couldn’t eat it. 36.$ down the drain

This is our favorite Ichi location in Vancouver. We usually call in a to-go order, which is convenient, and the service is prompt. The portions are worth the price and taste authentic.
Pictured below is my favorite, spicy chicken breast teriyaki with onions, red bell peppers, mushrooms, and green onions. The entree is also served with plenty of steamed white rice, a side of teriyaki sauce, and a salad with signature dressing. You can request chili sauce on the side as well. This location is part of the Heritage shopping center, always has parking, and helpful staff.

Good food and fast service. We get the teriyaki bowls a lot, the chicken fried rice is a meal in itself or good to share. The egg flower soup is really good and cheap too. If you like it spicy, they have some crazy hot doshes too, just ask. Don’t miss the other options below their menu as well.

Seriously one of the best places to pick up such a popular craving!! NO complaints on how much I’m spending, the portions are still big enough! The food is always good, the lady up front; she’s insanely amazing! She greets guests, takes their orders, serves the food, grabs empty plates, AND cleans. All on her own. I went today and they were slammed. She was definitely an awesome one woman team! Plus the kitchen gets their jobs done really well, full & happy!! 🙂

Great food, favorite is their gyoza. Well worth the price, which is still on the cheaper side. The egg flower soup is perfect and free with dine-in but they don’t mind if you have some while waiting on your take out.
Have never had a bad experience with them, the staff is great, and the service is quick. I prefer take out though, because at seemingly random times the place will just fill up with people quickly.
