I’ve been waiting 53 minutes as I’m typing this just to place an order or maybe even get some water. I’d say they’re busy, but 4 tables that came in after me have already had their order taken and two have already received food. I’ve asked twice at the bar and the response is “someone will be right with you”. Avoid at all costs if you can go literally anywhere else. I guess if you’re a party of one, you’re not worth their time. I’m trying to think of a time I’ve received worse service and coming up with nothing. About to hit the hour mark. I guess I’m going to stay here and see if I can set some kind of record? Do better. And don’t use the “we’re busy” excuse when others are now paying that came in after me.

There was a thin sliver of fish smoothered with a hard over cooked batter. We had a party of 4. My sister ordered the pallock fish dinner. It came long after the rest of the meals. Waitress said her dinner fell on the floor and they had to remake. Her dinner was uneadible no refund from management.

Such a cool place, heard the food was good. The service is trash. The bartenders always pretend they are too busy to serve you. Such a shame too being that a resort COMES to you for drinks and your bartenders can’t even pour a tap beer correctly. This place needs a complete overhaul of staff and then MAYBE it would be a good mine. The people there are clueless of the gem they are sitting on.

We had our daughters wedding her two years ago, loved to come back and reminisce and to come here for the best hand made chicken chunks around….they don’t have them anymore…new supplier…staff doesn’t know who their supplier is, asked for a stout, “sorry don’t have that” hmm there’s Guiness in the case, we didn’t say anything, just ordered something else. Ordered a humus plate just to be kind, we are not complainers, waited 1 HOUR for a humus plate! “The kitchen is swamped!. They gave the order to someone else!” There’s literally one other table in the place and ALMOST nobody in the other restaurant! We got up to leave and ohh here comes the order, they will box it up for us! After they find a container to put it in!!!! Sad, this used to be a nice relaxing place to come to. Then they charged us for the 1hour humus plate! You don’t do that! Won’t be back.

Terrible service. Waited at a table for 15 mins with no service. Went up to the bar to order and the bartender annoyingly said “it’s going to be a minute”. I proceeded to wait and eventually gave up and left. All the reviews on the service here are horrible, management needs to do something.

Terrible service waited for 20 mins at a table for service and another 10 mins at the bar and all we got was a snide remark that they were busy there weren’t more than 25 people in there.
