Like others have said – the food is OK and the shakes are the star of the show. I had the rodeo burger and honestly it isn’t much better than a western bacon burger from Carl’s Jr. My daughter had a jr burger and it was just so-so. But…we got shakes and that is where the 5 star rating comes from!

I haven’t had IB for such a long time. They don’t have them back home, so we wanted to stop while in St George. While the burger and fries were good (pastrami burger was good, albeit a little dry), the star is the ice cream. I had a blueberry shake and my wife had a banana. The blueberry was excellent. Blueberries were tasty, but the bananas were a little green. Had they been ripe, would have been better. But their ice cream is creamy and thick. If I come back, will probably be for a shake alone.
