My wife and I recently went to iceberg drive-in for the first time and really enjoyed it. I don’t necessarily think the burger was anything special, just an average good burger. The fries and the Shea caliber were phenomenal and my wife and I both said that we’re gonna be coming back regularly just for fries and a shake. Both times we’ve gone. Staff have been extremely nice. The location for the restaurant kind of sucks because it’s tucked away and harder to get to, but I hope that doesn’t stop them from being successful at that location since my wife and I want them to stick around!

I’m honestly really disappointed. I paid $14 for this chicken sandwich and it was shockingly small. The piece of chicken was about the same size as the fry sauce container — that’s not an exaggeration. For that price, I expected something filling and substantial.
The sandwich felt thrown together, and the portion size just didn’t match the cost at all. I understand prices are going up everywhere, but $14 for something this tiny is upsetting. Definitely not worth the money.
I really hope this was a one-off experience, but I left feeling frustrated and let down

I love iceberg, I wish there were more. Their shakes are amazing, their service is quick, all the food was great. Highly recommend stopping by on the way to moab or back from Salt Lake City.

This location has a sign asking customers to give a 5-star review to receive a discount. This unfairly encourages fake reviews in exchange for discounted food, undermining the value of Google reviews. Shame on the management of this restaurant.

We ordered a BLT and onion rings. The onion rings came very burned.
We took the food back so we could get some that were not burned. As soon as we approached the counter the employee said “I know, I know”. In other words she knew what she was serving was sub par.
I attached a picture of the BLT. One tomato slice, a disgrace of lettuce and 2 pieces of bacon. We obviously took it back, hoping to get it remade into something that was edible (or something worth the $6 we paid). The self-proclaimed manager, supposedly 21 years old who claimed to have worked here for 6 months. First gave us the name Kevin, then his name changed to Edgar. Whatever his name, he approached us very defensively and even said that we couldn’t talk to him in the way we were. We were simply trying to get a new sandwich. The self-proclaimed manager claimed to not understand us, even though we’re both speaking English.The self-proclaimed manager couldn’t even find a pen that worked. The other employees through the window, were laughing throughout the whole exchange.
All around the restaurant there was evidence of terrible management and lack of general upkeep as evident by the attached photos. The men’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting, so much that we felt dirtier after washing our hands in there than before.
In the end, we finally got a refund out of this situation. We will absolutely not be back to this establishment which obviously doesn’t care about its customers or service.
One bit of advice, maybe save on sauces and amount of extra ice cream and give the customers what we order.
Nothing you can do will make this right. We will not be back.

This is seriously one of the worst food places i have been to in my life. The food was not hot or even cooked all the way, workers were absolutely rude, especially the black haired manager kid behind the counter. Workers were also not wearing any kind of hairnets or gloves while bagging my food, and you expect me to eat my food after seeing that? Not to mention the amounts of food on the ground and on the booths in the lobby we sat in while waiting for our order. What do these kids do their whole shift? Clearly not their job. Our whole experience was just terrible. This place seriously needs some better workers, probably the most frustrating part of my experience here. Waste of money. Please do better iceberg.

Dec 17th around 8:30 pm we ordered some food and a shake. The hamburger was literally ice cold. The fries were ice cold. I ordered a grill cheese and the cheese was cold and not even melted. The bread was cold. My shake was good the food was disgusting and not edible. The old iceberg in salt lake was incredible. This was nasty. I’ll gladly remove this review if someone makes it right. But somebody owes me $30

There isn’t a lot of good to say about the food. I ordered a burger combo, and the bread wasn’t fresh. The meat tasted bland (not a lot of flavor), and the restaurant did not have lettuce. Plus, the fries were a little cold.
At least their customer service was good.
Also, the restaurant was clean and comfortable.
Overall, I’m not too impressed with my experience.

A great place to stop after a long day on the road, for a hot, hearty meal! An even better way to refuel for the last few hundred miles of your trip!
Our shakes made it all the way to Idaho. Still frozen until almost the last straw slurp!!
10 out of 10 we will be back EVERYTIME we have a reason to come through again! Which is at least three times a year! On our way to see our grandbabies in Colorado, soon to be New Mexico!! Either way y’all are on our way!!

Went here for late night ice cream 🙂 the inside is very fun and well decorated with a retro theme. Super new location and very updated! A pretty quiet location, so easy if you want to dine in and chat!
