This was our family’s first time trying rolled ice cream, and The Ice Spot in Lake Mary made it a great experience. The quality was excellent, the flavors were on point, and the price was surprisingly reasonable — honestly, I expected it to cost more for what we got.
The atmosphere was fun, relaxed, and not overwhelming. Plenty of interesting things to look at, and the environment makes it easy to enjoy your time without feeling crowded. Our kids absolutely loved it.
It’s definitely the kind of place where you can share a bowl with a friend and feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. Highly recommend for families or anyone wanting a unique dessert experience.

this place is amazing. Very good very well very nice. The ice cream the texture the Nutella everything about this place. It’s so clean so organized. They really care about Customer Service.

I wish I could give more then 5 stars because this was the best experience I have ever had. The owner was SO sweet! And it was our daughter’s 18th birthday and the owner brought a treat out and sang happy birthday with us. Everything was amazing! Their pastries and rolled icecream were absolutely AMAZING! So grateful for such a fun experience with the family!

Very retro, with a Japanese twist LOL very kid friendly, they have all kinds of games to choose from out on the tables for every age! And you can even ask for a broom colored post-it note to leave your mark on the wall.. Love It!!!!

i love this place and i love all the changes! when i first came here it was only boba and ice cream but now i get to enjoy my favorite food and they cook the ramen there for you! it definitely feels like korea and i love it! quality is good, employees are sweet and my tummy is full!

It’s a cute shop! Ive been here twice, the ambiance is cozy and the staff has been friendly they have a good selection of drinks and ramen, plus the most adorable key chains, cups, and stuffed animals.

Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh! The customer service is outstanding. Last time I went here was before the ownership change and I can confidently say that everything is so much better.I haven’t had such good customer service since I went to a pizza place a while ago, so first of all they have so many food deals. I got a strawberry waffle, and they gave me the owner who was actually working there gave me a two taiyaki fish cakes, there’s a deal that if you order anything you get a free Oreo fish cake, instead of one and it was intentional! The owner and everyone there are just top notch! I even saw one of the employees give something to this lady and then the lady gave her hug afterwards. So sweet! Also the fish cake tasted so much better than the first one I had. Moving on to food, the strawberry waffle was so good. I meant to ask for strawberry Ice cream with my waffle, but the strawberry syrup on the waffle and the whipped cream together ended up tasting just like strawberry ice cream. . I love this place so much and I’m definitely coming here again!

Delicious homemade ice cream! I did not know they make their own ice cream base daily you can taste the difference, when is the last time you had ice cream that was freshly made from scratch right in front of you? I loved the customizable options , they can make just about anything! Owner was super nice & sweet, Ice spot, I will definitely be back again.. & again!
