Holy goodness, this place makes some awesome flatbread pizzas. Quaint location in downtown. Super friendly people and amazing food. I really enjoyed the setting here. Lots of history to see and a wonderful vibe. Game for friends and family to play along with some good music. Super clean and well lit. It was my first time here, I almost thought it was a bar. Then I walked in. Beautiful and welcoming. Food came fast and the service was impeccable. I was impressed. Thanks for having me.

The BEST spot in Jackson! Extremely family friendly. Had a great time playing games and enjoying amazing appetizers. The shrimp alfredo pizza might be the best flatbread on the menu!! my new favorite. And the owner Mrs. Dina was just an absolute joy to be around , made my family feel so welcome! We will be back!!

Had a very tasty lunch with a friend to celebrate my birthday. I had ordered a cake & due to ice & snow covering both our driveways I asked if we could get the cake and slice it. Of course they were fine with that and it was one of my best birthday memories in 60 years of them. The food was amazing, service was impeccable.

I ordered the regular pretzel and the brisket flatbread. The brisket flatbread tasted amazing! It still crosses my mind a week later. The pretzel was just ok, not bad… I wasn’t a fan of the cheese sauce. They do charge an extra percentage (maybe 4%?) for paying with a card. I believe they also give a 4% discount if you pay cash.

Came for lunch. The prices are around 12 dollars on average. The waitress was pleasant and the atmosphere was nice. The music was low enough that you could have a conversation without having to talk over it, but loud enough to enjoy the selection.
The brisket nachos were flavorful and smothered in their beer cheese and bbq sauce. The smoked chicken salad sandwich was filling and tasty.
If you’re in downtown Jackson around lunch, make the stop and try out their daily lunch specials; I think it will be worth your time.

I wish I would remember to ask the blonde lady up front for her name! She is the absolute sweetest! The food is great, service is great, and the IPAs are awesome. 20/10 experience every time I visit. Highly recommend the cheeseburger flatbread pizza!!!

This eatery is phenomenal ! First off it was beautiful inside, nice welcoming clean! Second the service was amazing, a special thanks to Kristy our new friend she was fantastic ! Thirdly the food oh my goodness! We had the Brisket Flatbread and it was out of this world delicious ! If you are looking for a completely delightful dining experience I highly recommend Ice House of Jackson ! I promise you will not be disappointed !

We had a great experience on a Saturday night! I tried a flight of ciders and a buffalo chicken flatbread. Great atmosphere and great food and drink. We will definitely be back! Adam was a fabulous bartender and interacted with us and made us feel welcomed. Def go check it out!
