I am a faithful customer to ice house however I ordered a buffalo wing pizza, and there is no buffalo wing sauce, just blue cheese dressing which doesn’t come on the buffalo wing pizza according to the website. Chicken, mild sauce, and cheese, doesn’t mention blue cheese. I’m wondering if someone confused it for the Buffalo chicken pizza which does include the blue cheese, however I’m not a fan and was looking forward to the mild sauce especially considering it was a $24 pizza. It is a beautiful pizza though!

It is so rare to have true customer service and be treated like a person. I had an order issue, and Lloyd was so kind and so prompt to take care of it. Ice House is one of the few places where a corporation doesn’t treat you like a number to just get money from. Thank you. I am a loyal customer through and through. P.S. I ordered today from icehouse because I’m at work. The driver dropped my food off and said he came this long way and didn’t get a tip mind you I work at the premium outlet and I order from them all the time. Never have I ever have a driver just disrespect me like that I always did. He didn’t even give me a chance so I don’t a receipt if I was gonna give him a tip or not, but the fact that he was being disrespectful in my store, I told him to have a good day. I called back to talk to the manager. She said she was going to talk to him. She said I’m not going to fire my driver. I never asked for that to happen The fact that these drivers think that they’re entitled to get a tip every time they deliver to you it’s like wow I never have a problem with tipping anyone I tip all the time And for the driver to be disrespectful and for the manager to not do anything about it, it’s crazy. She told me I don’t have to order it from there anymore. What kind of manager are you to tell a customer that love your food to not order I paid for my food. Y’all have to get better because this is not good. I have a whole store up here and I do not treat my customers like this. I just feel like if your driver did not speak to me in a disrespectful way he would’ve got tip

I’ve loved Ice House for over 20 years. IYKYK! #PFA Childhood staple. I usually get their hoagies which I could never finish in one sitting. They’re packed with goodness and mercy and just straight delicious.
This last visit to the area I got their, honey jerk wings (in addition to a hoagie, I’m greedy don’t judge me), Man! Man! Man! Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of the deliciousness (gobbled down). This is added to my favorites list. Delicious.

Wonderful experience. Staff was attentive and food was delicious. I wouldn’t say world famous wings but the mix of mild and creamy garlic sauce made it all better! They could have been crispier. Very small wings. Overall wonderful food and experience. Definitely recommended.

I met friends for lunch. They said that their cheesesteaks were delicious. I had grilled chicken Caesar salad. Not only was it delicious it was large enough to have half left over for dinner. Would recommend.

Such a great find in Pottstown! It was clean, the waitress was friendly and efficient, the food above the usual fare of breakfast food! I loved my cheesesteak omelette, my friend enjoyed her veggie one and another friend loved her eggs Benedict!
Waitress Dana checked in enough and was friendly too.
The coffee was fresh, hot and wonderful.

Don’t order their pizza unless you have very strong teeth to cut through the burnt crust. The broccoli on the supreme was so burnt, it was crispy and awful tasting. The crust was so thin that it barely held up the toppings. They also forgot to slice the pizza. I understand why. The crust was burnt so slicing it was quite a challenge. It tasted okay but definitely not worth the money spent.

Visited the Ice House for a small birthday celebration. The food was incredible, meal sizes so large we all took home leftovers to enjoy AGAIN. The menu has a selection to appease the most picky eaters and kiddos. And, our waitress was so friendly and understanding with our silverware mishap!

Been coming here for months, usually just to buy a case of beer but I was a little hungry so I decided to try the brisket sandwich as well. Most of it was tender-ish but I had a few pieces that was tougher than jerky, no exaggeration. I understand trying to sell everything and make a profit but dang. Extremely disappointed and lesson learned.
