Open late even on Sundays. Extensive menu. Lots of ice cream flavors to choose from, lots of toppings and other options. They serve food as well. I really enjoyed the sundae I ordered and my husband enjoyed the milkshake he ordered. Customer service was top notch and we got our order quickly. We highly recommend Ice Cream Factory!

The food wasn’t that great! The kids were asked if they wanted fries with their chicken fingers so I assumed my blue cheese burger would come with fries since I wasn’t asked. It was just that. It was okay. The ice cream was okay too. I liked the watermelon sherbet a lot, more than the double chocolate ice cream.

For years this has been our favourite place for a summertime treat, but no more. No food is available now, only ice cream. The new electronic menus are inaccurate and do not reflect all the flavours available. For almost $12, we got only 2 kiddie cups of ice cream and mine had chunks, yes, big crunchy chunks of ice! Either the ice cream was not made properly or had been allowed to thaw and refreeze. Very disappointing.

Big fan of both the food and the icecream here. The quesadillas are really solid and this place has some of the best mozzarella sticks in the area. Current favorite flavor of ice cream here is apple crisp but a death by chocolate milkshake is always a great choice too!
Edit: since the new ownership there has not been food for many months with no clear answer on when that will be back. Would not be an issue but I have also noticed a decline in the customer service quality and the milkshakes are not nearly as thick. Also not too crazy about the massive amount of ai usage shown on their page now, will likely be seeking other alternatives.

The ice cream was delicious! The Small is 2 huge scoops if we had known we would have gotten a kiddie cone! The Dance Studio on the 2nd floor was really loud! The server was great, nice & friendly. Definitely go again!
