After some pizza near by, my friends and I were so in the mood for some great creams! We found the Dugout online and they did not disappoint! We got brownie batter, cookie dough, a pokey, and a vanilla soft serve with cheesecake and Reese (my personal favorite). A single size is very much enough. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to get their cream on!

Delicious ice cream!! It was my birthday and all the dairy bars were closed in Naples. We checked out the Dugout and were not disappointed. My husband got salted caramel and I chose blackberry explosion with dark chocolate raspberry truffles. A new favorite!

Fast service, lines move very quickly. They accept credit cards. They have my favorite flavors including butter crunch, which most places don’t have around here. the ice cream is delicious. Portions are exactly as expected (a single is 1 scoop, a double is 2 scoops). Nice topping selection. Lots of picnic tables in the grass. Highly recommend the dugout.

The Dairy Queen near us closed for good, and our local ice cream shop usually only carries the same 10 flavors all summer. Imagine my delight when just on a whim, we took a swing at the Ice Cream Dugout. They seem to be a mainstay for both locals and tourists alike. The place offers treats that remind you of DQ and premium ice cream places. We thought it was a bigger ice cream company making the variety of flavors, and were surprised to see Shaker Pond Ice cream listed on their website as their ice cream provider. They accept cards! Yay!
I got a big sundae, my husband got a frappe, and the kids had a sherbet and a sorbet. Everyone was happy! Glad to see more than 3 soft serve flavors on the menu! Their banana splits also seem popular, I saw two other tables with customers digging into one.

Always a treat, I love the dug out, I try to go at least once a year.
Got the strawberry ice cream with Strawberry sauce and toasted coconut shavings, with a sugar cone on top.
Prices are pretty standard, I got 2 scoops with 2 toppings and a cone for $7.25. Absolutely worth it!!
They gave a parking lot so that is not bad, trying to pull out can be difficult depending on time of day.

Our family loves the Ice Cream Dugout! It’s a clean family environment with delicious tasting ice cream. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. there’s so many flavors to pick from and each one is just as delicious as the next! With that being said, their soft serve is to die for. It’s my go to every time! All you have to do is pair the soft serve with one of their fresh baked waffle cones and you will be in heaven! Lastly, I will add that their prices are hands-down better than any other local ice cream establishment in the area.

Delicious ice cream, but be very careful if you have an allergy to nuts. I had pumpkin cheesecake, and, while delicious, I found a pecan in mine. Thankfully, my reaction is pretty mild, so I don’t have to use my EpiPen.
