I had been told about this place by multiple people even though I live over a hundred miles away. When I was in town I knew I had to stop by. It’s a classic drive in serving classic drive in fare but executing at the highest level. Burger patties were delicious and all toppings were of the highest quality. The fries were hot and crisp. I chose to add bacon but I wish it had included more than two short pieces. Other than that this place is an absolute winner. In a world of fancy pants craft burgers with exotic toppings and bun choices, it can be nice to just step back in time and have a good old fashioned burger the way they have been making them since the 50’s. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Walla Walla.

I was hesitant to try this place based on some reviews but it’s incredible. It is high on my list of best burgers I’ve ever had. The service was also awesome. Super nice employees and the food was fresh and delicious. I would definitely come back again and again!

This place was amazing!! It has a very classic original feel to it and the food was amazing!! The burger was very juicy with a great taste. I was not a huge fan of the sweet relish on it (probably will ask to minus that next time) but that is just because I don’t like sweet relish. Even with the relish I destroyed the burger. Their fries were great and the fry sauce, paired nicely with them. The onion rings were good but in my opinion nothing special and could be skipped if on a budget. One of my favorite things was their scotch and soda It had that authentic taste that I love! Overall I highly recommend it!!

I went here for the first time tonight and I was very disappointed. First thing I noticed was a young man wiping down the inside of the hood vent from what appeared to be above the griddle area. Then he threw away the paper towel and emptied the fries basket and handed some fries over to somebody else. Then another young lady standing there reached over and flipped a couple of burger patties. From the drive up window this can’t be seen thankfully I was 1 car back. When I asked for a receipt the young man scoffed at me for asking and huffed to get it. Kudos on putting up the big menus board hiding everything behind so customers can’t see the transparency of the food you prepare. I won’t ever order a food product from here again. My shake was good. Very slow service. I watched 4 young men playing around inside while supposed to be working. Bad first impression!

The Ice Burg was an institution when I was growing up but sadly that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. The prices have risen to an unreasonable amount. The food quality remains high and the menu items taste great as usual. We visited on 5/28 and the service we received was horrible. No greeting, acknowledgment or pleasantries. The staff member was so unpleasant it became uncomfortable. I understand bad days and the stressful nature of hospitality but this was over the top and embarrassing. I asked for ketchup and she responded with a visible glare and a hostile amount dropped in front of me. Sorry, I asked for a couple not 25 packets. I left 22 packets and walked away. I hope this was a one off experience.

Second time coming here after it being highly suggested. Food is really good and the people are nice. Only problem is that this is my second time coming here and I already have a wrong order complaint. I ordered a burger, corn dog with mustard and a shake. Do many people dip onion rings in mustard? Maybe, seems weird to me though. Hoping the shake was made with what I ordered. Fingers crossed!

Stopping by Ice-Burg Drive-In has now become a family tradition when we are in town for taekwondo tournaments. We stopped by last weekend and had burgers, fries and shakes. They were so delicious. We enjoyed them on the drive back to the Tri-Cities. 🙂 Great customer service, very patient with us and all of our orders and specifics.

The cheese burgers were very good. They seem to be very proud of their relish though, next time I will ask for no relish, it was very overpowering.
Went back, the cheese burgers were outstanding. A very long wait for food to be cooked, but the burgers were hot and fresh. Not a big fan of their French fries from either trip there. Maybe I’ll try their onion rings next time.
