Ice and Fire Rolled Ice Cream is a fantastic spot for a sweet treat in the mall! The service was excellent—the staff was patient and friendly, even as we took our time deciding. They offer a great selection (I had the WAKE ME UP), and the ice cream was just as delicious as it looks. My only small drawback was that I prefer a softer texture, so I had to wait a few minutes before digging in. But overall, it was well worth the experience! Highly recommend. ✨

They were super nice and their boba teas were amazing. I loved the Taro iced cream and green tea boba. And my egg custard black milk tea was astounding with such great flavor and texture to it. I would definitely go here again if I am shopping at the Connecticut Post Mall.

First time trying this spot and I’m glad I had the chance to! Nobody’s perfect, but it was perfect for an 80 something degree day. It was a choice between Ice and Fire and the Praline ice cream spot in the mall. My coworkers and I chose the former. The concept immediately made us think about Coldstone and whatever happened to them. At any rate, the staff was very kind and patient and the ice cream was delicious. I had the Wide Awake with coffee ice cream, cookies, and caramel while my coworkers had strawberry and mango. It’s definitely worth a try.
