Very creative, unique way to make ice cream right in front of you, that tastes out of this world. Conway has a gem and it’s quite the cherry on the toppings. The young gentlemen was very friendly and very informative when it comes to making this dessert. Affordable, great for the children and spacious seating. The deco and signage could be a little more visible. I will recommend this sweet treat for anyone who wants to satisfy their sweet tooth.

Pasta cream? What a fun twist on a simple bowl of ice cream! First of all I’m not really a fan of waffle cone bowls but theirs has totally changed my mind. I don’t know what they do different but they are absolutely delicious. The ice cream and cream topping is prepared fresh right in front of your eyes. It’s amazingly rich and creamy. They have many fun choices to top your ice cream with. I personally chose the fruits (banana and strawberry) and both were fresh and delicious. This was so filling that we substituted it for our dinner. Neither of us was hungry hours after we devoured this tasty treat. We will most definitely be back!

IC Pasta is such a fun and unique spot—definitely not your typical ice cream shop! They turn ice cream into “pasta” or rolls right in front of you, and everything is made from scratch on the spot. Watching the process is half the fun—it’s really an experience, especially for kids.
You can customize your creation with whatever toppings you want, and the final result looks as cool as it tastes.
The service was excellent—the staff member helping us was super friendly and great with our kids, which made the visit even better.
For the price and the overall experience, this is a must-stop if you’re in downtown Conway. Totally worth checking out, especially if you’re looking for something different!

IC Pasta brings a new frozen concoction to downtown Conway with spaghetti like ice cream. Italian style ingredients come in the likes of a variety of ice cream toppings. David, owner and concept connoisseur, has crafted his own niche after living in Germany and seeing a street vendor creative a similar concept. Putting his own creative spin David mastered a simple recipe of milk, vanilla, sugar and salt and applying to a cold plate set at -35° freezes to a creamy finish. (Speaking with David during our visit he did mention there may be a few extra trademark ingredients.) A simple form walks you through steps of picking a pasta, sauce and toppings. A wall display also offers your available ingredients/toppings. Your order is then prepared right in front of you by David or one of his master confection creators. Creamy, sweet perfection with a nice variety of ice cream toppings served in a waffle bowl at a reasonable price. Bohemian style decor inside offers a selection of counter seating and/or tables and chairs lining the walls.

Homemade ice cream from cream on a vold plate right in front of you! Homemade waffle dishes as well. The best ice cream all of us have ever had! Dense and creamy but sat light and not over the top rich. The toppings are what add the sweetness. Very nice staff (Samantha and Kimmy)! It was pointed ouf to me that if you have an inner child it was noted the spaghetti press part makes a funny sound
