I love all the vegan pizza options! The employees were not really friendly. There was not a lot of enthusiasm and eagerness to help us select our pizza. They did not have any ready to go slices that were vegan. We did order an amazing vegan pizza with cheese and potatoes! The pizza was delicious and fresh! We sat outside because there was patio furniture outside. The food was amazing but the customer service needs improvement!

There are 2 Ian’s pizza in Milwaukee. My son and I went to the Mets game on Sunday and he recommended Ian’s because he had it once before and it’s hard to find good pizza in Wisconsin coming from Long Island. We stopped and the bigger one for lunch and it was just as described, fantastic! The second one was closer to the stadium and was much smaller but just as good.

Pizza was terrible, took 15 min for a few pepperoni slices. Once received there was barely any cheese covering the slices. Thanks for the tomato pizza!.

The pizza is delicious! However, I think the online ordering system could be improved. Every time I have ordered online I have had to wait for 20-30 minutes after the specified pick up time. Today I placed an order at 1:30 and I got a confirmation to pick up at 2:00. I got there a few minutes after 2:00 and they had not even seen my order. One of the employees mentioned they had been so slammed that she had not seen the order. Meanwhile she was filling her own travel mug from the drink station instead of helping to put the order together. I waited 30 minutes past the pick up time without even acknowledgement or an apology from the staff.

Best Pizza I have had since moving to Milwaukee! IMHO the “Smokey and The Bandit” and the “Cheeseburger” (Was a Weekly Specialty) are the best. I recommend you find your favorite.

I’ve enjoyed this place in the past, but today was the worst experience I’ve had here and it is the last experience I will have here. The pizza dough was soggy and messy. I pointed it out to the cashier but she said we can’t do nothing about it, and when I requested a refund she just walked away. Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional employees here today. Before I received my pizza, I gave them a large tip, but hey, things happen and I’ve learned to not revisit this location.

My very picky 12 year olds favorite place to eat. We always get the mac n cheese pizza, of course, although I indulged in the Thanksgiving Feast slice once as well.
Employees are always friendly and helpful at this location.

My family and I love Ian’s but this time around we were a bit disappointed. I picked up food for my son-in-laws birthday because it’s his favorite. I got the food home to find the breadsticks were all burnt. The two slices and one of the whole pizzas had a very burnt bottom.

I’ve been eating this pizza for years and I genuinely hate how the employees pick and choose when they are able to do certain things. I pay extra for them to add buffalo sauce to my Mac and cheese pizza. Keep in mind, I’ve had this same pizza, the same way for years. It’s very crazy to me that it’s really a big deal over something so simple that I’m willing to pay for. The only thing I was ever told is they won’t do it when it’s busy which is perfectly fine. Then my pizza is burnt so at this point, it’s time to retire this place and find somewhere that listens to their customers….
