I’ve ordered from Ianazones for years, but now questioning my choice!!
Placed an order for 2 pizzas and a half lb of hot wings and half lb of mild wings for pickup at 6:15 pm (ordered placed and paid for at 10:45 am)
Got there at 6:15, waited till 6:30 for my order. Got home and had 4 small wings in each order for $7.95 each!!!! That’s $2:00 a wing!!!! Ridiculous!!!!
Pizza was ok, but the 12 inch was cut in only 4 pcs.

We have been going here for years. Quality has declined. Called in an order and whoever answered was a little rude. 35 minutes…live close so I was on time. Was told pizza was burnt so I had to wait another at least 10 minutes for another burnt pizza. Won’t be back.

I hate to even be that person but I have no idea how this place is still in business. Ianazones used to be my favorite pizza, but for years now they’ve gone extremely downhill. I attempt to get them maybe once a year and never fails that they have not gotten better. Pizza crust is hard and burnt to the point you can barely eat it, cheese is burnt, wings are burnt. I would be ashamed to put this food out the door with my name on it. Not to mention they previously wrote down my entire credit card number on my receipt and brought it with my pizza. You shouldn’t be writing down my card number to begin with but if that would have blown off in the wind, someone had full access to my bank. If you want your business to thrive make some changes because this isn’t it!

I hate to be the one do say this but I was in there with friends the other day. As we stood there waiting for our food, things came crawling out of the kitchen… Before making assumptions I took a photo and sure enough.. cockroaches. Although we were refunded.. I feel it’s a sanitation issue.. I couldn’t in good faith eat so we returned our food and I feel others should know… Cockroaches are nasty and once you have them they are hard to get rid of and they get into everything..

A small pizza we ordered was completely burnt on the bottom and we had to throw it away. The tray we ordered with wings was fine. Their prices are good and their pizza is good when not burnt. Crust is thick, sauce is saucy and tasty. Great leftovers. Wish they offered tomatoes as a topping. Service was slow.

Ordered for bday party on August 23. 3 trays… one plain, one pepperoni and one veggie ranch. Soooo good! Veggie ranch is our new favorite. Gentleman that took order over phone and was there at pickup, was very kind. Order was ready and hot when I arrived, just out of the oven. I arrived a couple min early too. I was hesitant on ordering bc of other reviews, but I’m so glad I gave it a shot. Will be going back for sure.
