Picture here of my (half-eaten) regular size poke bowl! Super kind and friendly staff, generous portions, awesome variety of toppings and sauce, and everything super fresh. Can’t beat this value at $15. I’ll be back!

We enjoyed our visit to I’a Poke! The food was fresh and flavorful — especially the rice, which was absolutely delicious. However, the portion felt a bit small for a “large” bowl, and we wish there had been more rice to balance everything out.
The café itself has a cozy and modern vibe with fun wall decor and greenery, as you can see in the photo. It’s a clean and pleasant place to dine in. The restroom is located deeper inside the building, which might be slightly inconvenient, but it was clean and well-kept.
The staff were friendly and the overall experience was positive. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the mood for Hawaiian-style poke. Just keep in mind the portion size if you’re really hungry!

delicious poke one of my favorites in sf! I paid 19 dollars for a medium bowl (added avocado). staff is always friendly. there is no indoor/outdoor seating.

Had such a nice lunch here today! Friendly staff, very generous portions, fresh fish, and I love that they offer *real* seaweed as a topping. I had a medium size poke bowl and an extra inari set for later, and both were delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

Really good sushi burritos. You get (up to) three different types of (fish) protein, and unlimited toppings. It’s a nice half-way size between the two poke bowl sizes, and a more fun way to eat it!
I will say, it’s a bit tough once you get down to the bottom, as it isn’t tied off at the ends (like a burrito), so it kinda falls apart.

The manager (round glasses, gray shirt today) has the worst attitude I’ve come across in a long time. He misheard my order (“the two [types of] salmon” vs “two [scoops of] salmon”) and was completely unapologetic and sarcastic to me who had been coming in weekly for a month. Such an easy fix too!

This is a place I would only come back to if I am craving poke but there are no other options nearby. The portion is fine in relation to the bowl. There was a sufficient amount of fish in there too. However, the bowl they use for “large” is the regular size for all other poke places. The “large” option here basically gives you the same amount of fish as a regular but just an extra option and more toppings. So I can see why reviews have been complaining about the price. As for the taste, the sauces were pretty bland. I couldn’t really taste the sauce nor the fish itself either. Overall, this poke place just doesn’t hit the spot. The quality has gone down over the years.

If you want a healthy large bowl, I like the one with salad. Cucumbers, octopus, cilantro, 2 of the magic dressings, extras and seeds. Yummy I totally recommend this place and their food . Healthy and delicious!
