I saw an older disabled gentleman fumble his pizza as he tried to set it on a table and it fell to the ground. Almost immediately an employee came over and picked up the pizza and told him he’d have a new slice prepared for him. It was so sweet, and such great customer service.

The food is terrible. No flavor, undercooked noodles (not al dente), not fresh seafood. We didn’t ask for comps, service was good. Get a new chef! Avoid at all costs.

Woman at the counter was rude. Crust was dry. Sauce tasteless and hardly any cheese on my margherita pizza . Won’t be going there again.

Good sandwiches but longer wait time. I waited for over 30minutes for a smoked Turkey sandwich yesterday, that was ridiculous. I will give it a 4 star for the sandwich and a 1 for customer service.
