“Hands-down one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time!”
From the moment that country gravy hit the table, I knew I was in the right place. The biscuits were fluffy and buttery, the gravy was rich and peppery, and the sausage patties had that perfect crispy edge. The hash browns were golden and cooked just right, and the eggs—oh man, that runny yolk mixed with the biscuit and sausage was next-level good.
It’s that true home-style, small-town comfort food that just makes you happy. The staff was friendly, the portions were huge, and the food came out hot and fresh. If you love breakfast done right, I Smell Bacon is a must-stop spot.

Love this place I go here anytime I have time to get there. The service is amazing. The food is excellent. Ok I would like to edit this review. Recently I was given a dog and we just passed being a service dog. She is only 5 pounds and is the love of my life. She has helped me overcome suck sorrow in my life !! I stopped in sat around 11 to get some breakfast and I left her best and cards at home since I just received them. I walk in and the lady asked if she was a service dog and I said yes she asked to see papers and I said they are at home since we came out to deliver something and I forgot them. I drive across country and eat at different places all over the country. I have never been asked this and never been treated like this before !!! I have eaten at this place about 10 times and this is before I received my service dog !!! Wow she embarrassed me in front of the whole restaurant !!! So needless to say. No more business from me. !!!! She was rude !!! ADA. Might be contacting u !!!!

My crew and I love this place! The owners are fabulous people and walking in they know you by name and treat you like family. The food is always delicious, I’ve never had anything I didn’t like. They’ll vouch that I’m addicted to their popcorn shrimp, but everything there is great from their breakfast omelets to their lunches. We work down the road and love calling in orders since they’re so close. These are the friendliest folks you’ll ever meet and you can’t top a good hot Southern meal from just down the road. Love all the ladies here and they certainly feed me good!

We have eaten here for a few years when we are in town. Today it was pretty bad. I ordered 2 eggs over medium, hashbrowns cooked soft, bacon with a biscuit and gravy. The eggs were cooked hard, the hashbrowns were very brown and tasted old. The biscuit was very dry, with one side very hard. It was difficult to cut through even with the gravy. The other half was too dry to eat with jelly. The bacon was good. The waitress never asked how the food was. While paying the check, I saw the fruit bowls in the cooler and the strawberries were molded. I told the waitress, and she said oh, I haven’t even looked in there this morning. I won’t be back.

We walk in at 5 minutes till 2 PM did not realize they closed at 2pm.and they still welcomed us to sit and eat and they would make anything we wanted. The food was good. The service was great, bought a couple nice little souvenirs. Have nothing wrong to say about this place loved it.

Great place for breakfast. Had the breakfast special. 2 eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns or home fries, toast or biscuit and gravy. Fast service and good food. Great prices. Be prepared to possibly share a table and meet new people. Fun experience. Nice people. Saw some yummy looking cinnamon rolls and pie in their glass case, will try it next time.
