I’ve noticed a very recent change in ownership, and the difference is honestly amazing. The service has improved so much everyone is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cares about the customers now. You can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in.
The food quality is way better than before everything tastes fresher, better seasoned, and made with care. Portions are generous, the teriyaki is flavorful, and everything comes out hot and consistent. It’s clear the new owners are putting real effort into both the kitchen and customer experience.
This place feels refreshed and upgraded in the best way. If you tried it in the past and weren’t impressed, now is the time to come back. Huge improvement all around highly recommend!

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was extremely disappointing. Poor presentation, subpar quality, and absolutely terrible flavor . Definitely not worth the high prices.
To make matters worse, the restaurant had no functioning air conditioning. The doors were wide open, which led to flies buzzing around our food.
Overall, a terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Whole Fruits & Vegetables, No Bread, Pasta, Rice, Sugar, or processed foods. I just stopped by I ❤️ Teriyaki for lunch. I ordered the vegetable plate. It consisted of sautéed or stir fried cabbage, carrots, sprouts, and broccoli. Cooked perfectly had a slight crunch and I dipped them all in the sauce that they’re well known for. “TERIYAKI SAUCE” The only thing I was unaware of is that the vegetable plate comes with rice that I did not eat. I intend tovgo back tovtrycthe vegetable tempura. All in all I was pleased with my meal today.

Food was good, its your typical oily but tasty big portion teriyaki takeout place. My only wish is that there was more rice in my plate .

Just went here half an hour ago. Sat down in my office to eat the chicken bowl and a few bites it found a piece of glass in the rice that I had in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting. Would advise to avoid this place at all costs

Went in on lunch asked if their noodles could be made vegetarian they assured me it could be. When I got it the dish had meat cut into tiny pieces all throughout it. Told them about it and the cook told me they couldn’t give me a refund.
Try the Korean place next door, much better service and way better food.

Food is trash. Honestly the worst i love teriyaki i ever been too. I’ve been to a few in sac and they give you huge portions and taste great. Ordered the spicy chicken and the chicken looked super grey and no grill marks and tasted like a day old chicken. Never going here. Teriyaki express on Kiefer way better.
