The soda machine is broken, NO BEEF OR PORK in stock.
I ordered vegtable tempura, with no shrimp… due to an allergy, I got 2 shrimp in my plate.. not happy.
Verified before ordering and cashier even said only veggies, still got the wrong plate.
They are almost out of everything on the menu. The front cashier does not understand the menu, and does not answer any questions referring you to the menu to find out out on your own.
Food quality and service have gone down drastically.

I was frankly mortified when I went in here to order dinner tonight –they were out of like four out of five meat options and told me it was gonna be a 20 minute wait for a grilled chicken teriyaki plate!! This place is clearly on life-support, they should really get their act together I will not come back here.

Two of their Karens were offended I didn’t give them a tip. So, they put my order behind two other customers who came after me. One girl was standing there with her cell phone out. As soon I walked up to the counter. She walked up as if she was ready to start something. Trying to provoke an altercation is as low as you can get. As if I am responsible for your paychecks. Ignorant and delusional.
I have been coming to this place for a long time never experienced this type of behavior or hostility. Never again.

The last two times I attempted to go there they were closed early. The staff is not friendly. Food is good when they decide to open. Its a shame, because I don’t know of other places to go when I am craving Teriyaki.

It’s not just this place it’s all the places they start out fresh made and then they go to dinner style so they can hire high school kids to work for nothing. It’s never about customer retention or food quality it’s about money. The kids that work there did an excellent job trying to make me happy because I love Terriyaki in Rancho is waaaay different and the order seemed wrong compared to what I received at the other location.

So I eat here all the time for lunch but they purposely don’t answer their phone . I called like 50 times because the food isn’t made quick and I’m trying to finish it on lunch and they won’t answer I get in the building there is a girl wearing a venom sweatshirt so already not professional and she is not only actively avoiding the phone calls but also isn’t very kind and is sitting at the counter on her cell phone instead of answering paying customers phone calls . She seems to hate her job maybe she should find one she likes…. the longer I wait here waiting for my lunch the more I just feel disappointed and disrespected . This place used to be great but they do not seem to care about customers and this will be the last time I eat here . There is a Raman spot a couple doors down I strongly suggest you go to if you’re looking for decent customer service and people who answer the phone !

I frequently go to the natomas location. So I ordered what I usually get there. The natomas special , didn’t realize this location actually doesn’t serve the same as the natomas location. The special is only with a roll and meat the rice and salad are extra. So I had to order additional. The roll I ordered the Natomas roll comes with unagi sauce on top. If this really is their sauce it’s disgusting. It already looked weird it was light brown and very thick. Ruined the taste of the roll. It’s kind of weird it’s so different from the other location but to charge the same price and serve less food is wild also that unagi sauce is super questionable. If you can avoid it do so.

A pretty good experience, I just wish the beef was a piece of beef sliced up after grilling vs what looked to be very thin pieces of beef. Not sure how it was sliced, but it was pretty good.

Fried pot stickers are the BEST! Food is great always. Barely any teriyaki sauce which is funny because its called I love teriyaki, but all is good I never use all of it anyways
