My mate and I went for dinner on a Friday night. The venue was busy, but they still managed to find seating for us at the bar. The quality of the sashimi was excellent and the Nigiri was also delicious. I personally had the chicken teriyaki Bento which I thought was a good portion size for the price. my mate had three plates of sushi which were all large serving sizes and a little bit expensive but good value given the size of the portions. definitely better for sharing rather than ordering for oneself. Will definitely be back!

My friend and I are trying out various sushi places in Ventura. This one was the ‘worst’ so far. We thought it would be great, but the food was less than so-so and the atmosphere not great—old and needs updating inside. The loud country & western music was also annoying. It has its place, but not in a sushi restaurant. We won’t be going back here again, sorry, but we didn’t love their sushi.

The food was indescribably amazing in every way possible. The unagi (eel), was super fresh and so was the california roll. I also liked the teriyaki beef. The service was great staff were too friendly and gave us regular check-ups in case we needed something. There were great seats and overall is a great place to meet with friends or family. 5/5.

Always a consistent, good product. Recently they helped us with a large takeout order for a party at home. Everything came out beautiful and we easily moved it to our boards for display. Favorite rolls are: Mango Tango, Albacore Miso Special, Boston, Rainbow, Playboy and Garlic Albacore. Also love Golf Pro Hand Roll and Spicy Tuna Hand Roll.

This place definitely makes you love sushi. They have a large variety of baked and raw sushi to choose from. There are even gluten free options to choose from. Service is fast and the food is delicious. The price is great, we will definitely be ordering from I Love sushi again.

We ordered about 150 dollars worth of food, and my son, he had a fish bone, inside of his sushi? My wife threw up the food. We ordered and picked it up, it was a horrible experience.
