I Love NY Pizza & Bar Jasper

Had never been to this place or heard of it, saw it on maps and decided to give it a try spur of the moment, and so glad we made that decision! The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive to us and our needs while there, were able to answer questions we had very well and took time with us. The atmosphere was very nice and laid back. The restaurant was extremely busy, it was a Sunday afternoon when we stopped in. Plenty of room to spread out inside. The food was simply amazing! We started with the bread sticks which were very delicious and more than enough for the three of us. In my honest opinion, we had one of the best pizza’s I have had. We had the 14 in and still took some home with us. Cooked to perfection! Also had a side of Spaghetti, very flavorful, a good portion, plenty of sauce. All around if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Because this place was definitely on top of it’s game! The young man who waited on us just added to the experience, chatting with us, making sure we were well taken care of, his service A+. If you are in the area, just passing through, whatever the case might be, you need to give this place a try, you will find it well worth stopping in!

The atmosphere here is beautiful. Dim lighting when eating inside. Our server Bretton was awesome. Our food was so hot & fresh. They had some singing going on outside. Will definitely go back & try something else.

If you’re driving through 515 in North Georgia you might want to stop at this little Pizzeria it’s cold I Love New York Pizza the calzones and the cheesecake were amazing the calzone was made with real ricotta cheese and mozzarella the spinach was soft and chewy the atmosphere is good because it is not real bright in the restaurant the staff was friendly and they treated you with respect from the time you came in the restaurant they cook great you should go there and try a piece of their pie or a calzone or a stromboli they’ve even got hamburgers or other treats on the menu both desserts drinks and tea as well

So I read all the reviews before going and was a little unsure based on some of the negative comments… but we went and I’m glad we did. First of all, the comments about this isn’t a NY style pizza place must have eaten somewhere else. My wife and I are from NY and have had pizza all over the world (literally), we know NY style, and this is authentic to the small town we are from in NY. In fact, it was almost identical which made us very happy! See picture of the NY Sausage Stromboli attached. This is exactly what it should look like and how it should be served. The pies are thin crust and greasy and that’s exactly how they are supposed to be. Word of caution to those who may come here and want food on the table in minutes… good NY style places cook to order and they are doing as many or more to go orders as they are in house, so pack your patience or maybe this isn’t the right place for you. If you are patient, it’s well worth the wait and you won’t be disappointed.

I have food allergies and they were awesome. They double checked my severity since my food would use the same oven and they couldn’t absolutely guarantee it wouldn’t come into contact with an allergen in the kitchen.

Ordered a Greek salad. They cut the pieces so large you have to cut up your salad. Pieces are as big or bigger than your hand. Ruined my shirt due to the oil, told waitress and no response. Time before this a bug was in the parmesean shaker. Gave it another try. Done now.
