I Love Mexican Food is located at 2705 Stoneridge Dr, Pleasanton, CA 94588, inside an Asian plaza where most of the options are Chinese or other Asian cuisines. Since I typically eat a lot of Asian food, I wanted to try something different — and this place definitely hit the spot.
I’ve been coming to this food court for years, and while it’s familiar, it’s also known for having high business turnover. I’ve seen many restaurants come and go, possibly due to low foot traffic or challenges with visibility. Because of that, I truly hope I Love Mexican Food succeeds and becomes a long-term staple here. It’s refreshing to have a different cultural option in a plaza dominated by one cuisine — sometimes you just want to switch it up.
As for the food today — it was solid! Flavorful, satisfying, and a welcome change of pace. I’d recommend giving this place a try, and I hope more people support it so it can thrive.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience at this place after searching for a really good burrito in the Bay Area for a while. I ordered a Super burrito and an horchata, and both were delicious, definitely the best burrito I’ve had! The meat was perfectly seasoned, which I have been searching for in a burrito and the portions of rice, beans, and meat were well balanced. The only suggestion I have is to fill the burrito a bit more or wrap it tighter, as some of the filling spilled out each time I took a bite. I also noticed that their sauces were not diluted like those at other taquerias.
The service was outstanding; it was not only quick, but the staff member in the front efficiently took orders, cooked, and served the meals at the table.I want to give credit to him for his exceptional hard work, and I also want to acknowledge the lady in the back who is prepping the food.
