Overall this was an excellent experience. Sadly we were alone at the restaurant. More people need to come here. We had great service and enjoyed our Ethiopian dishes.

Two words, overpriced and nasty! The egusi tasted like old grease, and the beef was stingy, not to mention twenty dollars for such a small amount. Fufu was barely edible, not to mention the tiny portion size. The jollof was passable and the puff puff was insanely greasy. The employees did not say please or thank you, simply handed us the food without a word then walked to the back.

This is the best African restaurant I ever been too. Great service , atmosphere and food . I had the Ginger juice — loved it . Fufu and meat pepper soup.

We loved Taste of Ethiopia and were so excited to see that the Ethiopian food is still on the menu and still so good AND the fufu is also so good (our favorite is the Oxtail and Pepper) Big shout out to Joseph, our server, for being so nice and Hannah, our chef, that made our meals hot and ready!!

Loved the food and the staff was wonderful. I think the location is great and with the outdoor seating, would be great in the spring/summer. Not a fan of the overhead ceiling lights in the restaurant or lack of music when we went on Saturday night. Would love for a little bit better ambiance. Would still go again, because the food is really good!

The food was not delicious. The greens tasted like they hadn’t been cleaned well enough. It was also missing flavor and soul.
The restaurant is easily chilled by the door. But the view is beautiful.

My friend and I shared two dishes, Ye’Siga Tibs (cubes of lean steak, sautéed pepper, onion and garlic) and Asun Combo plate (same beef) with Fried Rice, and the Shiro (a curry tasting Chickpea Stew). Had beets and Goman (collard greens) and injeri (bread) for the sides. It could have been spicer for me but they included a habanero hot sauce so it was perfect when i added that. The injeri wasn’t my friend’s favorite (a texture thing) but I loved it.
We both definitely recommend!

Great food! Tasted really great, and don’t worry about spicy-ness! They let you pick your spice level for their main dishes from zero spice to hot spice. Was great to enjoy this food.
