Great ceviche! We got both fish (mahi mahi) and shrimp ceviche which was a good choice paired with his chili and roasted jalapeños. Finished off with avocado ice cream which was flavorful. Cheerful owner and very friendly interaction and we will eat here again.

The gentleman that owns this place is really cool and loves what he does, it shows in his attitude and customer service, we bought both the shrimp and mahi mahi ceviche and they were both super tasty and made fresh daily, he served them with dried plantains and chips then have us free dessert because I bought a T-shirt from him. The desert was avocado ice cream flavored with strawberries and bananas topped with whip cream, the best part was that it was all homemade!! I’ll definitely be recommending this spot to friends and family and absolutely have plans to return myself.

I ❤️ Ceviche is excellent, finally had the opportunity to try yesterday. The fish in perfect sized chunks and not overly marinated. I enjoyed picking out my hot sauce out of the large collection, and the deal if you buy 2 is generous. I’ll be back.

The tequila tofu here is absolutely top tier—so fresh, flavorful, and unique. It’s rare to find a dish that stands out at a food truck. The overall atmosphere and service made the experience even better. I would absolutely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for something different than your usual bar fare.

Holy COW! This ceviche (had shrimp and mahi mahi) is as good as any I’ve ever had in Mexico or South Texas. It was bright, fresh, and flavorful. Great and friendly owner. What a perfect and unique addition to the Goodlife space!
