Good selection of items, I went with the build your own bowl. And got gluten free so that’s great they are catering to my demographic as well. Manager was very attentive to each guest. Was totally stuffed afterwards. It is expensive so don’t be surprised to see $10+ more than you might expect from a place with a name that doesn’t sound pricey. Would definitely go again!

Staff is really friendly and customer service is great! We went 2 hours before they closed and food came out fresh and hot. Very flavorful and their Mac and cheese tastes homemade, not cheap. Price came out to about $15 a person which included drinks and a side.

All the employees were really kind and super caring about whether you liked your food etc. Very cute decor and highly recommended for anyone who loves Mac n cheese. It was so good I finished it all. It was very busy in the evening. Would recommend coming when it’s not peak hours so you don’t have to wait so long. The way it’s set up is you order on the left side of the counter and tell them any customizations in the middle like a subway line and pay on the right. Such good comfort food.❤️ I got the classic Mac with broccoli added and tomato bisque soup. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Hixson.

My family loved it and we will definitely be back. Very high quality food and great service. Everyone enjoyed every bite. The owner even came over to greet everyone and thanked us for coming in. Restrooms were clean, the dining area was spotless as was the kitchen area. I got the “best of both worlds” and it was quite possibly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. 24 hours later and I’m ready to go back for another. We live in GA so it’s a little drive for us but it was worth it. Thanks!

The food is extremely good, there are lots of options to create many different varieties of mac and cheese. Great comfort food. It is a small place though, tight seating, but the take out containers are super adorable!

This place is AMAZING. They were so nice and everything was delicious! You can build your own meal or pick a menu item.
I got “the best of both worlds” and it was perfect. We also got the Lobster Mac and the Cuban – we highly recommend it all! The combo choices were awesome- you can even get cheesecake bites as a side!
The sandwiched came with a little cup of tomato soup to dip in, it was super tasty.
The staff went above and beyond to be kind and welcoming to us.
Free refills on you fountain drinks.
Plenty of room to sit and eat or you can get it Togo.
They do have a kids menu.
Plenty of free parking.
Handicap accessible parking and entrance.
Nice restrooms.

My hubby and I went for the first time this week. I had no idea this was a restaurant, but I love Mac & Cheese, so why not? The food and service were great. Lots of options and a variety of ingredients to choose from. The atmosphere was not bad but there wasn’t anything special about it either. I did think it was very pricey for mac and cheese. Also, it was a lot of food so I think it would be better suited for dinner. It was put together and heated up while we sat down, so it took a little longer than I would have thought, but not a terrible wait. Overall, it was delicious, and the team was super friendly, but due to the price, I will most likely not put it in my rotation of restaurants on a normal basis.

Me and my kids went to I heart Mac n cheese in Hixson earlier in the week and WOW, it is wayyyyyyy overpriced for mediocre food. For me and my 3 kids (2 of my kids got kids meals) it cost $50!! $50 freaking dollars for nasty Mac n cheese. First off, they had a sign outside advertising lobster Mac which excited my son, only to find out when ordering they had been out of that for 2 weeks! Like take the sign down then!! False advertising!! Second, my daughter’s kids meal came with literally 5 tater tots, that’s it!! And for my 11mth old they charged me nearly $7 for a tiny bowl of mac n cheese (no sides included just a drink). My older son and I got the Parmesan chicken Mac n cheese which was supposed to have breaded chicken but I have no idea what kind of meat I was eating because it tasted nothing like chicken nor did it have the consistency of chicken. It was chewy and doughy… nasty!! The tater tots were freezer burnt and soggy. Not a crispy one to be had!! I was so pissed I wasted $50 of my hard earned dollars on that place. The staff were less then friendly, not once did they smile at us or act like wanted to be there. Just sour faces. NEVER again!!

Chicken Parmesan Mac & Cheese And best of both worlds were Both a solid 7/10. Both had great flavors but I feel like I was better off making my own bowl. Cheesecake bites weren’t the best but doesn’t bring the rating down. What brings the rating up is the great customer service. Overall great first impression will return again.

The food here is very quality and tastes great. I would recommend this place to anybody who likes pasta. We got two bowls and both came out fantastic. Especially recommend the short rib.
The staff here is also very friendly and even brought out bread crumbs for my girlfriend’s dish just out of thinking it would pair well and it was a fantastic recommendation.
